Exceptional customer service
The most friendly and accommodating staff! They exceeded my expectations and really went above and beyond to provide an extremely comfortable stay. It’s the little things like remembering my name at the front desk, checking in on me to ensure I had everything I needed and being extremely friendly and thoughtful. Great staff and best hotel customer service I’ve ever received!

Location was centrally located and service was amazing. Wonderful amenities and Starbucks located on site. Consider staying here.
Great staff, nice experience
The experience in general was great. The best part of the hotel is the staff, specially Alan, at front desk. All the personnel is friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Good location, close to the bus stop or some places I'd like to visit. Room was spacious, good view, receptionists were very friendly and kind.

Convenient and comfortable
This is a Great Hotel in a great location. There are many entertainment and restaurant options nearby and easily walkable.

Staff where all amazing
Room was not as updated as expected - has not changed since previous stay in 2018. I was also required to request my microwave even though this was something listed as included in the room

Amazing!!
I had a pleasant stay at Hyatt during my recent trip to Toronto. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. The location was convenient, and it was a nice place to relax after a busy day. I would happily consider staying here again!

When in Toronto !!!
Great staff, very clean, Lobby bar good and Roy was a great server. Check in with Amnit went fast and smoothly. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel to host conference
Fantastic staff, service, food, event space. Love returning to the Hyatt Regency Toronto year after year. I highly recommend this property to anyone considering hosting a business meeting or conference in Toronto.

Great customer service
We arrived on Friday night for a business convention; however, we ended up having to bring two of our children with us unexpectedly due to a last-minute change of plans. The hotel was fully booked, but they arranged for a rollaway bed for our room upon arrival. The first night we were there, my son threw up all over the rollaway bed. It was seriously awful. The wonderful staff came at 11:30 at night, cleaned everything up and replaced the entire bed without even flinching. Not a single sideways glance, just a cheerful "is there anything else you need?". Through the remainder of the weekend, the kids were able to feed the koi in the pond in the lobby, which was a highlight for them. I was very very impressed with the service.

Not great due to 24 Hour Gym
The room was very clean but I did not enjoy my stay as my room was beside the 24 gym and the smashing of weights and people running treadmill went all night . It was so busy because of TIF week . I might attempt to stay there again if I am not on that floor or the floor below.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service by the front desk and guest services - top notch and exceeded my expectations. We visited during opening weekend of TIFF and while the entire area was buzzing and busy, the staff were composed and pleasant and eager to please.

Great hotel and friendly staff
The hotel was very accommodating and comfortable. The rooms to the pool up on the roof and staff were all amazing. The only shortfall this hotel had that even the cheapest motels have is a microwave. The fridge is smaller than most hotels which is fine but even by the hour hotels have a microwave im pretty sure. The front desk staff was very helpful and were able to microwave something for me behind the desk but for a hotel this nice I was surprised there wasn't a microwave.

Perfect Toronto, Ontario getaway for couples, families and friends!
My wife and I visited this hotel while in Toronto attending the Rufus Du Sol concert. Ayesha certainly made our first impression positive and was very accommodating! We were extremely pleased with how well managed this hotel is! The maids were so friendly and made sure to greet us, the bartender in the hotel lobby made the perfect drinks and was super friendly and even the waiters and hostess in the restaurant were just amazing! The hotel is located in the downtown core, situated in perfect wlaking distance to CN Tower and the Rogers Centre. The rooms were very clean and the service level well exceeded our expectations! We look forward to staying at this hotel again!

Hyatt
Great location! Self parking was 40$ which is a great price for downtown. Basically all the staff called in sick for the holiday leaving 1 man to work the desk… better management skills should be added for staffs care and well being. Pool was smaller then expected however clean and warm!

Warm Welcome and Wonderful Staff
We stayed for one night before heading back to Europe and had a wonderful experience. Rob at the front desk was fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. We also loved our server at breakfast. Unfortunately, I’ve forgotten her name, but I certainly haven’t forgotten how welcoming she made us feel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the entire staff made a great impression. My partner and I usually stay at smaller boutique hotels when we travel, so it had been quite some time since I’d stayed at a Hyatt. This stay reminded me how much I’ve always enjoyed Hyatt hotels. It was great to be back!

Excellent location but no CN Tower view
Location is excellent, being walking distance from CN Tower. However, the chances of getting a view of it from your room is very unlikely (if even possible) as it’s surrounded by much taller buildings. The room we got was as you can expect of Hyatt, but the check in experience as a World of Hyatt member was a pain as the wait was much longer than non-members, and staff in other counters didn’t bother assisting in helping the members. Overall, I’d still recommend it if you prefer being in downtown.
