  • Great location and great hotel

This hotel was sooooo nice. I've stayed at a Hyatt Regency so I knew what to expect. The Hotels are always nicely decorated and friendly staff. I liked the lobby and bar area. The downstairs where the restaurant is attached to is a nice touch. It's adjacent to the restaurant and it's a bit quiet with Koi fish in the water. Upstairs is the ballroom. The hotel room itself was great! Best slept I've had in a while. I didn't get to utilize some of the amenities because I was so busy! Nice touch of the hotel was the toiletries, they had cotton balls, shower caps, Tips, etc. Overall they made my stay good! No complaints. Would stay again.

  • Great location and room gets the job done.

Great location, and good amenities. Gym was nice and they do have a sauna. They have self parking in the basement for a reasonable price.

  • Extremely pleased!!

Went for a couple bluejays games with family, nice location to the venue, and very respectable. Would definitely stay there again.

  • Great hotel!

Great hotel! Almost all tourist attractions are within walking distance of the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Rooftop pool was a hit with the kids water temp was perfect. Good restaurants and bars nearby.

  • Amazing rooftop pool experience

Amazing experience, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly! The hotel was clean; the rooftop pool was the highlight of our stay! Thank you to the team for holding our luggage while we explored the city! The best perk of their service. Close proximity to restaurants, shopping and attractions!

  • Weekend getaway in Toronto

Amazing location! GREAT, friendly staff. Very clean. Wonderful to use points for our weekend trip. Loved touring around Toronto. Staff allowed us to check in early and a late check out to maximize the vacation time. They shared some delicious restaurant recommendations. Make a reservation for Pai. Best Thai and close walk to the hotel.

  • Dont waste your money

This is NOT a 4 star hotel. It's 3 star at best on par with a local best western. Dont waster your money. Very disappointed in Hyatt

  • Wonderful experience and Excellent housekeep experience

Excellent experience. The housekeeper was diligent and had the room cleaned every day. Every day when I came back, the bed sheet had been replaced, and the trash bin and everything were clean. They even helped fold my pajamas on the bed. They did not touch my other stuff. Wonderful!

  • Very nice

Nice place, excellent location, great staff. The only thing is that the reception was very slow - lots of people for the conference I went, and even though I booked with my company card, they needed another card authorization to use that card to charge the room.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're so glad to hear you enjoyed our location and that our team left a positive impression! We sincerely apologize for the delay you experienced at check-in and the inconvenience with the card authorization process. Conference periods can sometimes lead to higher volumes at the front desk, but we understand how important a smooth arrival experience is—especially when traveling for work. Your comments have been shared with our team as we work to improve the efficiency of our check-in process. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more seamless stay in the future.

  • Bad rooms and completely clueless staff

The hotel rooms were very dated and most of the electrical outlets did not work. The AC was nonexistent. We had a large group with four rooms and when we returned to the hotel after attending the Blue Jays game, they had a man at a podium guarding the elevators. When we approached him, he immediately told us we could not go to our rooms. We were shocked. He said he would only let people with a key card in the elevator. I was with my wife and two children and was only given two keys at the time of check in. We only had one key with us and he told me that I could go to our room, but they would not be permitted. He said there was a Caribbean Carnival going on in the city and this policy was to avoid people having parties in the room. I was with my family, my brother in law and his family, and the grandparents. We all had Blue Jays jerseys on. I said to the man, “ Do you think we are trying to sneak children into the hotel?” We were clearly a family, not people attending the Carnival. I have never experienced anything like this while traveling in my life. I would avoid this hotel like the plague. Especially at this price point. There are much nicer hotels in the area

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we’re truly disappointed to hear about your experience, we appreciate your detailed comments and the opportunity to address your concerns. We sincerely apologize for the discomfort caused by the condition of the room and any issues with the electrical outlets and air conditioning. These are not the standards we aim to uphold, and we have shared your comments with our maintenance team for immediate review. Regarding your experience upon returning from the Blue Jays game—we’re especially sorry for how this situation was handled. Our intention during high-traffic events, such as the Caribbean Carnival, is to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests through added security measures. However, this should never come at the cost of courtesy, clear communication, or common sense. From your description, it’s clear that the situation was not managed with the care or discretion we expect from our team. For that, we sincerely apologize. We fully understand how this experience impacted your overall stay, especially while traveling with family, and we're genuinely sorry that we fell short. Your feedback is being reviewed internally so we can improve both our communication and guest experience during busy city events. We kindly request to give a second chance and please contact me before your next arrival and I will ensure you will have a hassle-free perfect stay with us.
