Hotel Policies

To ensure a tranquil and enjoyable stay for all guests, we strongly enforce the following hotel policies. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, room occupancy is limited to a maximum of four guests in a guest room.

Important details:

• Guest rooms with two beds may accommodate up to four (4) guests.
• Guest rooms with one king /queen bed may accommodate up to three (3) guests.
• An additional fee of $25.00 per person per night may apply for registering the third and fourth guest, where applicable.
• All guests must be registered at check-in. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy may result in additional charges or require a room change.

Minimum check in age is 19.

Quiet hours are from 9 p.m.-7 a.m. Disruption may result in eviction of all unregistered guests from the room and eviction of registered guests if noise persists.

Our hotel is a smoke and drug-free facility. If evidence of smoking, drug use or drug preparation is found, a $500 fee will be applied to the guest’s account.

To ensure a smooth and comfortable stay, a daily hold of $100.00 will be placed on your credit card at check in to cover incidental charges. This hold allows you to conveniently charge items such as dining, parking, and other hotel services to your room throughout your stay.

Important Details

• The hold is $100.00 per night, in addition to room and tax.
• Any unused portion of the hold will be released by your bank after checkout.
• Processing times for release may vary depending on your financial institution.
• Excessive cleaning needs that result in a delay for next guests’ enjoyment of the guest room will result in a minimum of $250 charged to your room.
• Guests are responsible for any damages made in the guest rooms and suites.

We encourage our guests to take personal video or still photographs while enjoying your visit for noncommercial purpose.

To ensure enjoyment of all our guests, a written permission from the Hotel is required to utilize our hotel property (indoor/outdoor) for professional portrait photography or videography purposes, including but not limited to wedding, engagement, class, family and individual portraits, advertising photography and model/fashion shoots, etc. 

Kindly note that unauthorized professional photographers/videographers who are not guests of the hotel will be asked to leave the hotel property immediately.

Fees

The dog fee is $100 plus taxes for the first six nights of your stay. For stays of seven nights or longer, an additional fee of $100 plus taxes will apply.

Weight Limited

Only dogs weighing 50 pounds and under are permitted. Two dogs are allowed in a guest room provided that the combined weight does not exceed 75 pounds.

Pets may not be left unattended in the guestroom.

A wristband policy is in place for this evening. To implement this, the hotel requires that all registered guests be registered at the front desk to receive their wristbands upon check in. The registered guest must wear their wristband to gain access to their rooms starting at 8pm. A replacement fee is $100.00 per band. In addition, a security deposit of $400 is required for any reservations staying over the New Year’s Eve.
