Destination Fee Policy

Compulsory city tax (€1 per person daily) is required to be paid by each guest.
Compulsory insurance (€0.50 per person daily) is required to be paid by each guest.

Pet Policy

At Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort, we are delighted to welcome your pets as part of the family. For a supplementary charge of €50 per pet, per night, pets up to 10 kilograms are welcome to stay with you.

Please note that pets are not permitted in the following areas of the resort:

• Restaurants
• SPA
• Pool area

However, pets are welcome on the terraces of our Lighthouse Restaurant and Ole Beach and Bar, where you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings with your furry companion.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring that our hotel remains a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Other Policies

Check-in is at 3 p.m.; checkout is noon.
Early check-in or late checkout are subject to availability and additional cost.

Smoking is not permitted on the premises of the hotel, except in the designated smoking areas.

Upon arrival at the hotel, guests are obliged to properly check in with the front desk staff and complete all formalities regarding their overnight or day stay.

Due to the health code, guests are not allowed to bring any food that was made or sold outside the hotel onto the hotel premises.

We recommend that guests keep all of their valuables in the safe in their room, as the hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. 

In case of any property damage, guest(s) responsible will have to pay compensation for the damage caused in accordance with hotel rules.

Firearm Policy

Flammable or explosive materials (as well as materials with a strong and/or unpleasant odor) are not allowed.

If a guest is carrying a firearm, this must be reported to the front desk immediately. The firearm will be stored in a secure location while the guest is on the premises of the hotel.
