Great location, very close to the logistics hub. Helpful staff, very polite front desk. Spacious rooms unlike some new hotels which squeeze things. Great views, definitely recommended.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Yantian while bringing my student to Shenzhen for a competition, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, but what really made the stay exceptional was the level of service—especially from Ivy at the lounge. Ivy was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. She went out of her way to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. The staff also helped us arrange a meeting room and assisted with printing out materials for the competition, which made our trip so much smoother. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled efficiently and with a genuine smile. This hotel really understands hospitality, and it shows in the details. I’ll absolutely choose Hyatt Regency Yantian again the next time I’m in Shenzhen. Highly recommended!

The hotel is only 6 years old and extremely well maintained. The hotel staff and management are very friendly and makes the guests feel welcomed. The hotel is also well located, next to the One Mall shopping center, which makes shopping and dining fairly easly. The surrounding area is walkable and the view is great and very tranquil looking towards the Hong Kong side.

The room is much spacious and very clean. The staff of front desk is very nice. We are delighted to be upgraded the sea view room. We can see the Yantian Habour. The food and beverage at the restaurant are much various choices. We are surprised to enjoy hairy crabs. We have had a wonderful trip.

HYATT Regency Yantian is located in Shenzhen train Hai Shan station (海山站), The number 8 train line. Hyatt is the tallest building in Hai Shan area and around 12 minutes from the station. The hotel is next to the shopping mall "One Mall" (壹海城). We are so impressive that the Hyatt Regency Yantian hotel check in reception counter is on 31/F high floor , as high as Park Hyatt Tokyo, Japan with beautiful sea view and city view. After the peak season, The Golden vacation week of October (十一黃金周）. Our room price is around CNY 1,600 , including room tax with Autumn afternoon tea set for 2 people and breakfast for 2 adults. Our room is on 46/F , sea view . And we can see blue sky, blue sea , green islands...... We enjoy the vacation in Hyatt Yantian Shenzhen !

Room was above expectation and room service was impeccable. Bed was huge and I had the best nights sleep. Views were brilliant and bathroom was spacious with great views. Would most certainly recommend for future visits.

Overall, my hotel stay was a mixed experience. The staff service was commendable, with friendly and helpful employees making my stay enjoyable. However, the room itself left much to be desired. One major issue was the difficulty in communicating with staff due to the limited number who spoke English. Additionally, the elevator malfunctioned twice during my stay, causing inconvenience and delays. Furthermore, the absence of a ventilator fan or window in the room was uncomfortable, particularly after using the hot tub. Despite the drawbacks, the positive interactions with the staff were a highlight of my stay.

酒店政策，一意孤行，並沒有關心旅客的感受。在室外接近20度的氣溫下，竟然開着暖氣，導致房間室內氣溫接近28度。酒店似乎只關心內地人的生活習慣，並未有顧及從內地旅行到訪的感受。一切都是以內地旅客的需要行先，我們合共訂了四間房，其中兩個套房（自費），五個晩上。卻得不到身為旅客的應有體驗。 The hotel policy is determined to have its own way and does not care about the feelings of passengers. When the outdoor temperature was close to 20 degrees, the heating was turned on, causing the indoor temperature in the room to be close to 28 degrees. The hotel seems to only care about the living habits of mainlanders and does not take into account the experience of traveling from the mainland. Everything is based on the needs of mainland tourists. We booked a total of four rooms, including two suites (at our own expense) with five nights. But we didn’t get the experience we deserve as a tourist.

Awesome 5 star hotel in Yantian, Shenzhen. Located in a great area by the sea in Yantian, the hotel is in a high rise building with hotel lobby on the 31st floor and rooms above. Very friendly staff that are helpful and always greet you when you walk by the reception desk. Rooms are large with large bathroom and shower. Floor to ceiling windows give you un-obstructive view of Yantian from your room. Great hotel restaurant that serves Breakfast, Lunch and dinner. Also has great gym and pool. Other restaurants on site if want other choices. Elevators are fast and large.

We had a very good stay at the hotel and when visiting family we will definitely return to this hotel. Staff were amazing and helpful. The gym was very modern and the rooms were very clean and cleaned very well every day.

One of the key reasons we chose this hotel was that the reviews all talked about how special they were made to feel by the staff. For booking a $1000+ stay, I was unimpressed by the check-in experience, as I was simply (incorrectly) charged and handed my keycards, no questions were asked about the stay. I was also asked to pay on both days of my stay because they did not realize my booking was for two nights (which they would have, if they had asked me a single question when I checked in); they also tried to charge me the deposit twice. You would think when a suite was ordered, some level of recognition would be made as to how much the customer is spending. We also made it clear through booking.com communication and email that we were booking this suite for a wedding- no mention or recognition of this fact was made. When I reported a problem with the air-conditioning, I was told they would fix it, but was offered no apology and it took over six hours for engineers to arrive. The issue was fixed, the engineers were great. As one of my Chinese speaking guests who helped us to check-in put it, “There was a general air of not being welcome.” The housekeeping staff on our floor were extremely friendly and hard working. They provided all our requests for general housekeeping top-ups in the room (coffee, additional crockery etc). In general, all staff seemed helpful and friendly apart from the reception desk, which felt very unwelcoming and clinical. They just wanted to get the money and give us the cards to the room, it was not at all a premium experience, which I was somewhat expecting for having booked a suite and paid more than I ever have for a hotel room. The views and location of the hotel are unbeatable, but my overall impression is that management are sitting back on this fact, and not doing anything additional to make the hotel stand out as an exceptional experience. Also, the bedsheets seemed noisy, plasticky and cheap.

This is a hotel has an outstanding location, wonderful views and has the potential to be world class. Certainly a great getaway with lots of walks, sea air, outstanding gym and lovely facilities. The offering of a Club Lounge is a real plus!

Thanks to Linda, Skydi, and Charity for their help in the regency club. The overall experience was great. The upgraded room was definitely best hotel room I’ve ever had. YanTian Hyatt is definitely one of the best hotels in Shenzhen.

Clean room, the buffet in restaurant was really delicious! Really enjoyed it! Valery in the restaurant was so hospitable and helpful. His customer service was the reason we came back the second night. Thanks Hyatt.

Nice hotel. The breakfast is very good with lots of selections. Room is clean and updated. Only providing one tower at the pool for both swimming and shower. When asked for one more towel, the staff’s answer is that the pool and gym are not part of the Hyatt hotel. No one there cares about providing the service that is the Hyatt standard. short coming is they only provide one tower at the pool for both swimming and shower. The hotel is located at heart of Yantian, very close to Shatoujiao border and market. The hotel facilities all are at a very good condition. Despite of very moment of covid19 virus, hotel keeps providing excellent services and perfect food and dining. All hotels staff are so nice and professional. Not far to the hotel, there is a long seaside pathway where is to see amazing sunset in Yantian
