Excellent Choice for Airport Transit
This hotel is a fantastic choice if you have a layover or an early morning flight from Shenzhen Baoâan International Airport. True to the Hyatt Regency standard, the service and quality are top-notch. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide and delicious variety of both Western and Chinese options, far exceeding the typical airport hotel fare. The convenience of being directly connected to the airport terminal is a huge plus. My only suggestion for improvement would be regarding email communication. I had sent an email with a query before my stay but did not receive a response. It would be great if someone could monitor and reply to guest emails more promptly. Despite this small issue, the hotel offers exceptional value and is a reliable, comfortable option for any traveler needing to stay close to the airport. I would still highly recommend it.

Its probably the best hotel in China
The hotel is very clear. Rooms are big and fresh. The team communicates nicely (also in English - which was refreshing). The overall service is amazing. Spa/Pool is splendid and the dinner/breakfast were out of this world! Very much recommended

Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Airport is truly remarkable
This is by far the best airport hotel I've ever stayed at not only in China but also in many other countries. I'm an elite member of the World of Hyatt program and got upgraded to a standard suite, and the room is spacious, clean and functional in all aspects. The breakfast has a good variety catering to both Chinese and Western needs and the food is also of excellent quality. The gym has many types of equipment and is well-maintained. What is more commendable is the business lounge, which is very spacious and relaxing. Cindy at the lounge is warm and extremely helpful. I'll surely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Exceptional stay
Most memorable stay ever. Room was very clean and detailed. Staff went extra miles to decorate the room and send a complimentary birthday cake for birthday occasions even its was a short one night stay for transit purposes. Housekeeping was very fast act to response and requests. Everyone was friendly. Breakfast was superb with various choices

Poorly trained Early Morning Front-desk staff
This is my 3rd stay in this property, I left a remark on my booking on my early arrival at 4am few days before my booked date. Nobody contacted me with my request and upon arrival at the hotel, the front desk lady staff told me that the hotel is fully booked and it wouldn't be possible to check me in until 12pm. I politely asked her to check if there is room available (I am more than willing to pay extra charges or even a nightly rate), and she repeated the same response telling me that early check-in is not possible from a distance and not even bother checking for available room in the system. I felt disrespected and had no choice and waited in the lobby until the next shift of front desk staff came to work at 7am, this time the staff was nice to check for me in the system and found an available room for us to check-in with an extra charge. I do understand early check-in is not guaranteed but the previous staff could have handled this better, check for available room and tell us that extra charges will be applied, I am more than willing to pay. I was not able to book the room as online booking for the date on 3rd Jan 2025 was greyed out. There are still rooms available on 3rd party websites (trip.com and tripadvisor), it was a huge disappointment that the front desk staff decided not to check and help us out, and left us in the lobby waited from 4am to 8am. I would say other than this poorly trained staff, all the experiences I received throughout the stay were great, except for the 4 hours wait in the lobby.

Best Airport Hotel
This is the best airport hotel I have ever stayed at. It is a Hyatt cat 1 but it is better than cat 6 Iâve stayed in the US. The happy hour at club lounge and breakfast at cafe was superb with a wide range of food selections (some freshly cooked! My favorite was the beef pancake). During dinner they have very great singers from Philippines performing in the Market Cafe. The pool/sauna was clean and I didnât even see anyone. There is a nice huge outdoor park on 5th floor and it was beautiful at night, and you can watch the flights pass you by over your head. I would come back even when Iâm not taking a flight!! Itâs only 5000 Hyatt points!

Excellent hotel to stay in while in Shenzhen or while passing through Shenzhen!
Great service. Great rooms. The best food ever. The vest pool I was at (especially if you like swimming). Great SPA services, though it is a shame that it is separate for men/women. The best hotel for business trips, assuming you are ok with 30~40 minutes drive to the city for meetings. If you have a night between flights, than the location is perfect. 5 minutes walk from all the terminals. Cannot get any better than this ... really recommended strongly.

A Perfect Hotel
Check in and check out was quick and professional great service overall the bed comfortable and shower very good the rooms are well appointed and spacious you can also have an airport view from the window. this hotel in in the airport terminal and very convenient they also provided me with porter service until the check in counters.
