Pet Policy

Your canine companions are welcome at our pet-friendly hotel in Irvine.

  • Your dog must be 50 pounds or less to enjoy our facilities. Two dogs may be allowed in a guest room, provided the combined weight of both dogs does not exceed 75 pounds.
  • Pets must be on a leash and attended to at all times in any public area of the hotel so as to not disturb other guests. Pets are not permitted in the restaurants, the health club or pool areas of the hotel. 
  • A non-refundable cleaning fee of $100.00 per stay up to six nights will be applied to the account. An additional $100.00 "Deep Cleaning" fee from day seven to day 30 (for a total of $200).
  • The owner is responsible for all damage to hotel property. The hotel does not assume liability for a guests’ pet or its action while at the hotel.
  • The owner must provide a cell phone number in order for us to locate a guest in the event of an emergency.
  • The guest room will not be serviced by housekeeping if your pet is present unless the owner is present and the pet is restrained.  
  • Dogs must be settled by 9:30 p.m. If your pet is left unattended in the guest room and is excessively noisy, the contact number provided will be called and you will be asked to return to calm/settle the pet down. If this happens more than once, you will be asked to make alternative arrangements to house your pet for the remainder of your stay.
