Resort Fees
The resort fee is 18% plus taxes per room, per night and includes the following items:
- Two welcome drinks
- In-room coffee/tea
- 24hr access to fitness center
- Use of tennis and picketball courts
- Unlimited local calls
- Two bottles of water daily
- Kayaks (based on weather conditions)
- Paddle boards (based on weather conditions)
- Bicycles on property
Pet Policy
Looking for a pet friendly hotel in Puerto Rico? Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico welcomes one dog friend per guest, with a maximum weight limit of 35 pounds. Enjoy comfortable accommodations and a warm, pet-friendly environment for you and your small companion during your stay. Reservations for your four legged friend are required three days in advance.
- $150 USD per stay for up to 6 nights
- Additional $150 USD deep-cleaning fee per stay from 7–30 nights
- For stays beyond 30 nights, deep-cleaning fee will be at hotel’s discretion
- Only dogs allowed
- Reservation must be made at least three days in advance of arrival
- Only dogs weighing 35 pounds (15.88 kilograms) and under permitted
- One dog per room
- Provide dog’s name, type and weight
Service Animal Policy
- Pet and deep-cleaning fee will not apply for guests with service animals
- Service animals are allowed in all public areas
