Disposable Guest Amenities

As part of our ongoing commitment to reducing waste, our hotel provides a limited selection of disposable guest amenities. We kindly suggest packing necessary daily essentials in advance. Should you have any special requests or require additional amenities, please feel free to contact us after check-in.

Smoking Policy

The hotel is a non-smoking hotel and prohibits smoking in all guest rooms, events venues, restaurants and public areas. Designated smoking zones are available outside the hotel. The hotel will apply a cleaning fee to rooms that violate the smoking policy. 

Pet Policy

Hyatt Regency Shanghai Lingang is a pet-friendly hotel. We welcome our furry friends with in-room, pet-friendly amenities. Simply inform us in advance so we can make the necessary preparations for your canine companion.

Please note that your dog ownership certificate and a vaccine certificate valid for one year are required upon check-in.

Children Policy

Guests staying at our hotel are considered children between the ages of 0 to 12. Any guest aged 13 years or older will be considered an adult and subject to adult pricing.
