Xiang Yue’s team of master chefs freshly craft dishes at a series of live cooking stations. The flames of the Duck Oven kitchen, the acrobatics of the Wok Kitchen, the billowing clouds from the Steam & Noodle Kitchen and the meticulous Zen of the Tea Kitchen enhance the culinary ambience as diners observe the chefs freshly preparing and serving their meals. Our menu offers showcases Jiangnan cuisine, from the region south of the Yangtze River. The local cuisine is beloved for its freshwater fish, seafood and plethora of seasonal vegetables, as well as its rich red-braised dishes.

Beside the soaring sky lounge on the 42nd floor, The Lobby is a delightful spot for casual business meetings, social outings with friends or simply relaxing and catching up on work. The Lounge serves superbly crafted coffee, tea, cocktails, wines and light snacks. Elegant high tea is a popular daily ritual, presented on tiered stands with fashionable seasonal themes.

On level 42, surrounded by top-of-the-city views, Market Café welcomes diners to feast from East to West. An extensive array of international cuisines are prepared a la minute according to guests’ preferences by specialist chefs at several open kitchens. Highlights include sustainable fresh seafood on ice, authentic Japanese sashimi and sushi, plus Southeast Asian and Western favorites.  The lively marketplace ambience places the focus on fresh seasonal ingredients.
