Step into the elegant Grand Prefunction, an inviting space located just off the Grand Ballroom. This expansive area welcomes guests with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing stunning views of Lake Washington, providing a serene and breathtaking backdrop for any event. Grand Prefunction comfortably accommodates up to 300 guests for a banquet and 1,000 for reception, offering ample space for mingling and reveling in the occasion. Spaced can be used in conjunction with the Grand Ballroom.

Enjoy the landscaped terrace as you look out across Lake Washington with views of the Seattle skyline and Olympic mountains. This is our largest terrace and has a private entrance for your guests directly from valet.

With expansive views across Lake Washington, our Bellevue Room is the perfect location for your intimate reception. Wrapped in windows with direct access from Mercer Terrace, you and your guests will never want to leave this uniquely modern venue.

Located on the 3rdfloor, this stylish event venue features a show kitchen and built in TV monitor, ideal for visually showcasing the story of your relationship as you welcome guests to your weekend celebration, or a wedding teaser video at your farewell brunch.

Lakeside Lounge offers a warm and intimate setting for receptions and celebrations, featuring a cozy fireplace, a private entrance from the lobby, and direct access into Lakeside. While it does not offer lake views, its inviting ambiance and convenient location make it a favorite for gatherings that feel both relaxed and refined.

With 731 square feet of space, the West Seattle room offers the perfect area for meetings and events for 40 people.

The Grand Stair Prefunction offers a picture-perfect backdrop for wedding photos and an elegant setting for a memorable cocktail hour. With its sophisticated architecture and graceful ambiance, this space adds a touch of grandeur to any celebration. Space can be used in conjuction with Grand Ballroom.
