The spacious Grand Prefunction area, located just outside the Grand Ballroom, offers abundant natural light and a welcoming entrance into the main event space. This versatile venue accommodates up to 300 guests for a banquet or 1,000 for a reception and is exclusively available for events held in conjunction with the Grand Ballroom.

This truly unique outdoor space features cascading Northwest rock waterfalls lining the staircase leading up to the largest terrace on property. Enjoy the landscaped terrace as you gaze at Lake Washington, the Seattle skyline and the Olympic Mountains.

Take in the breathtaking views from the Lake Washington Ballroom, a versatile venue with 14-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and access to a covered outdoor terrace. This elegant space accommodates up to 468 guests in a theater-style setup, 250 for a banquet, or 22 exhibits. For added flexibility, the ballroom can be divided into two separate spaces, making it ideal for a variety of events.

Located on the third floor, the terrace sits just off the Lake Washington Ballroom, offering breathtaking views of the lake below. This partially covered outdoor space is exclusively available for events held in conjunction with the Lake Washington Ballroom. Ideal for receptions, it provides guests with a refreshing open-air experience while enjoying the stunning scenery.

Located on the third floor, this spectacular open terrace offers stunning views of Lake Washington and Mercer Island. With easy access to both the Seattle and Bellevue rooms, it’s ideal for receptions, dining, and wellness activities, providing a refreshing outdoor space to complement your event.

Surrounded by three walls of windows, our Bellevue room offers stunning views and abundant natural light. This versatile venue can be used as one large space or divided into two with an air-wall. With direct access to Mercer Terrace, it provides a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, allowing guests to step outside for fresh air and a moment of relaxation.

Located on the lobby level, Lakeside features floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of Lake Washington. This flexible event space offers unique dining features and direct access to the Lakeside Boardroom and Lakeside Lounge.

Surrounded by two walls of windows, the Seattle Room offers breathtaking views and an abundance of natural light. With direct access to Mercer Terrace, it provides a smooth transition to the outdoors, perfect for moments of relaxation and rejuvenation.

This stylish event space boasts a show kitchen, perfect for live culinary theater and interactive, straight-out-of-the-pan experiences. For a more traditional setup, the kitchen can be concealed behind a beautiful wooden wall. The venue also features built-in audiovisual equipment and accommodates up to 100 guests in banquet rounds, making it a versatile choice for any occasion.

Paying homage to one of our favorite mountains, the Rainier Room is filled with natural light, creating an inviting setting for your next meeting or gathering. This versatile space accommodates up to 70 guests in a theater-style setup or 40 in banquet rounds, making it perfect for both professional and social events.

Lakeside Lounge offers a private entrance from the lobby and sliding doors that connect to Lakeside. Though it does not offer lake views, the space features a cozy fireplace and built-in TV—ideal for executive meetings or intimate breakout sessions.

Our Baker Room is bathed in natural light, creating a bright and welcoming space for your next meeting or gathering. This versatile venue accommodates up to 50 guests in a theater-style setup or 30 in banquet rounds, making it ideal for intimate events and productive discussions.

The smallest of our mountain-inspired rooms, the Adams Room offers natural light and a warm, intimate setting for your next gathering. This space accommodates up to 40 guests in a theater-style setup or 20 in banquet rounds, making it ideal for smaller meetings and events.

Host your next high-level brainstorming session in our Executive Boardroom, a sophisticated space designed for productivity and comfort. This permanent boardroom features a stunning live-edge table for 16, complemented by executive-style leather chairs. A mounted monitor ensures seamless presentations, while a small sitting area provides a relaxed breakout space. Enjoy ample natural light or close the curtains for added privacy.

Lakeside Boardroom is nestled within Lakeside and offers a beautiful view of Lake Washington. With a built-in TV for presentations, it’s a refined setting for executive meetings or private strategy sessions.
