Destination Fee
A daily destination fee of $25 (subject to change) is applied to each hotel room or suite during your stay in downtown Savannah to provide the following services and amenities, which enhance the guest experience. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.
- $3 discount for Prohibition Museum tickets purchased at Hyatt Regency Savannah Concierge
- Credit in the pantry
- Complimentary batch cocktail/mocktail upon arrival

Dog Policy
We are delighted to welcome you and your dog at Hyatt Regency Savannah. We will charge a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee for stays of one to six nights. For stays of seven or more nights, Hyatt will charge a $300 non-refundable fee. For breed and weight restriction information, please get in touch with the hotel.

Check-in Policies
The minimum age to reserve a guestroom at Hyatt is 21 years old.
A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest in the room.
A valid credit card and photo ID are required at the time of check-in.
Smoking Policy
Hyatt Regency Savannah is completely smoke-free. A $300 charge will be charged to guests who smoke in their room.
