Resort Fee Policy

A daily resort fee of $46.00 (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities which enhance the guest experience.

  • Premium high-speed Wi-Fi
  • Filtered water or bottled water upon request
  • Kayak/paddleboard rental
  • Beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas available for use at beach
  • Kids welcome beverage
  • Long-distance calls
  • Assorted board games and recreational games
  • Discounted tickets available for San Diego Zoo and SeaWorld (see front desk for details)
  • Waterslide access
  • Daily wellness activity
  • Nightly in-room movie
  • Sunscreen available at pool
  • Shuttle service to Seaworld and Oldtown. Please call hotel for shuttle schedule details.

Incoming and Outgoing Packages

A handling and storage fee will apply for each package received by the hotel. Prices are per package per day:

  • Envelope $7
  • Pack $10
  • Box (under 17” up to 20 lbs) $29
  • Box (over 17” up to 50 lbs) $48
  • Plastic cases/luggage/golf clubs $75
  • Display booth $95
  • Crates/pallets (up to 48” x 40”) $300
  • Double pallets (larger than 48” x 40”) $570
  • $10 fee will be added to boxes exceeding max weight

Pet Policy

Take advantage of being near Ocean Beach’s dog beach and Fiesta Island dog park. Our hotel has all the dog amenities you could need, including ground floor patio rooms, walking paths, beds and bowls.

FEES:

  • Up to six nights: $100
  • Seven to 30 nights: An additional $100 deep-cleaning fee

WEIGHT LIMITS:

  • 1  dog: 50 lbs
  • 2 dogs: 75 lbs, combined
