Located on the first floor of the main building, both spaces offer 725 sq. ft. of flexible space with natural light and sliding doors to lush gardens—ideal for intimate gatherings, executive meetings, or social receptions.

Located in the Tower building, the Palm Ballroom offers natural light and access to the Palm Courtyard. Palm 1 is 1,000 sq ft and Palm 2 is 1,650 sq ft—ideal for meetings, breaks, or receptions in a lush outdoor setting.

Located at the base of the Tower, the Cabrillo Boardroom offers a refined setting with natural light, plush executive chairs, a permanent table, and built-in tech—ideal for high-level meetings and executive discussions.

Floor-to-ceiling windows in this enchanting ballroom offer natural light as well as a fantastic view of San Diego’s Mission Bay and landscaped courtyards. Our grand Bayview Ballroom is impressive with 6,000 square feet and 12-foot ceilings. Seat up to 300 guests for a wedding reception, or divide the venue into smaller rooms to give the bridal party a private retreat. Serve cocktails before the ceremony in the adjacent Bayview foyer, and enjoy a dazzling sunset during a reception dinner. With an adjoining terrace and elegant chandeliers, the Bayview Ballroom captures a 180-degree panoramic view of the waterfront through floor to ceiling windows.

The very private Banyan Lawn spans 4,814 square feet, while the adjacent Court spans 3,713 square feet. Together, they create a landscaped outdoor venue centered around spreading banyan trees and surrounded by flowering shrubs and water views. The setting accommodates 500 guests and is ideal for a formal reception or a memorable dinner.

Mission Ballroom is a charming and spacious San Diego wedding venue, complete with vintage chandeliers, fine handcrafted woodwork and the latest high-tech audio/visual equipment. With 3,432 square feet, this room accommodates 150 guests for dinner and dancing. It can also be divided in three rooms, each 1,144 square feet, to suit various pre- and post-celebration events.

Set along the bay and adjacent to the Bayview Ballroom, Regatta Pavilion is a versatile 8,800-square-foot waterfront venue ideal for general sessions, receptions, and dining events. The space accommodates up to 900 guests for a reception or 700 for a banquet, with flexible configurations to support a range of program needs. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame sweeping views of Mission Bay and the Pacific, while soft draping and elegant finishes create a bright, inviting atmosphere. An exceptional setting for both daytime meetings and evening events, Regatta Pavilion delivers a memorable coastal experience for groups of all sizes.

Located on the second floor in our main building with natural lighting, overlooking cabana area and lush gardens. Our Crow’s Nest has 550 square feet of intimate meeting space.
