Private Villa Experience
We invite you to experience the all-new Villas at Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort. Each 2,330 square-foot Villa features four bedrooms, including two king bedrooms and two rooms with double queen beds. Each room features a private bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower, a patio with outdoor seating, and upscale in-room amenities. The luxurious accommodations also include multiple shared spaces for a comfortable and exclusive getaway including a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave and espresso machine, as well as an outdoor dining area and lounge with a firepit.
Guests of the Villas will have access to a dedicated Villa Host, twice-daily housekeeping services, enhanced in-room dining experiences and more. Additionally, Villa guests will have access to the private pool and relaxing amenities at the adjacent Windflower Spa.

2.2-Acre Crystal Lagoon
Coming soon, our San Antonio resort will introduce a beautiful, man-made lagoon, powered by Crystal Lagoons® technology. The 2.2-acre Crystal Lagoons® amenity is the company’s first-ever project inside a Central U.S. resort destination, transforming Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort into an idyllic beach paradise located right here in Central Texas. The Crystal Lagoons® unique concept and cutting-edge sustainable technology enables the development of world-renowned crystalline lagoons for people of all ages to enjoy the water and practice water sports year-round.
This new water feature will be accompanied by beautiful white sandy beaches, luxurious private cabanas, a variety of fun water sports and an additional poolside food and beverage venue. The lagoon expands the resort’s existing water amenity lineup of multiple outdoor pools, a two-story water slide, winding and relaxing lazy river and a FlowRider wave simulation machine.

Indoor-Outdoor Event Barn
Coming soon, the resort will unveil a brand new indoor-outdoor event venue which will overlooking the new Crystal Lagoon. The 5,600 square-foot versatile space features high-vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, and large windows and glass doors, providing an abundance of natural light and beautiful views. Surrounded by live oaks, the facility opens to a patio and ceremony lawn overlooking the picturesque lagoon, perfect for you dream wedding ceremony, cocktail hour or corporate event.
Not only will the lagoon provide a gorgeous backdrop for any wedding or event, but it also offers unique opportunities for bridal parties and corporate teambuilding with water activities for groups to enjoy right here in Central Texas.

Guestroom Renovation
Experience our recently renovated guestrooms and suites, completed in summer 2023. The renovation completely reimagined the resort’s 502 guestrooms and suites. The updates showcase an upscale, ranch-inspired aesthetic featuring warm neutral tones with an accent wall, brand-new wood flooring complemented by a stylish rug, a chaise lounge, and unique Texas artwork and photos. The artwork pays tribute to the resort’s history as the location of the Rogers-Wiseman Ranch, featuring framed family photos and sketches, graphic artwork created by a local Hill Country artist and other historic San Antonio pieces.
The enhancements also include new 65-inch ultra-high-definition TVs, walk-in showers with accent tilework, and conversion of all double-double rooms to two queen beds, allowing for more spacious and comfortable accommodations.

Elevated Food & Beverage Experience
In 2024, the resort upgraded its extensive lineup of food and beverage offerings, including a remodeling of our signature steakhouse, Antlers Lodge, as well as Cactus Oak Tavern and our Texas-style saloon, Charlie’s Long Bar. Each space received updates for an enhanced and more modern look and feel for guests to wine and dine. The resort also debuted a new indoor/outdoor bar named Woodbine Bar. Located in the lobby, the new bar offers a sophisticated atmosphere serving a menu of signature cocktails that pay homage to the resort’s Hill Country setting. Guests can opt for comfortable indoor seating or pull up a rocking chair at the adjoining spacious porch overlooking the resort’s Aunt Mary’s Lawn and water park. Woodbine Bar offers a curated menu of tapas, small plates and refreshing hand-crafted cocktails.
