Please avoid this hotel by all means. The hotel is at a good location with ocean views. But it is poorly run. It takes forever to get an elevator, which stops often. Budget 10 minutes to get to your floor. Also, don't pay extra to use the Executive Lounge, as it is actually a playground for kids, running and yelling. I am not coming back. Please find somewhere else to stay.

Nice hotel! The view is good. Location is good to take a rest. Shopping mall is 5 minutes away and you can go famous restaurant in those malls. City center is 15-30 minutes away but taxi is cheap. The club lounge is super great. It is in high floor so you can enjoy the view!

This was my second visit to the hotel, this time in early spring when there was still a chill in the air. The hotel is of a very high standard. The corner suite with extensive views over the beach and a perfect view of the sunrise, was spacious, and well-furnished for my 5-night stay.

This is the third time I have spend two-weeks plus in the hotel in the last 6 and it is excellent! Highly recommended; really helpful staff, amazing rooms with a gorgeous view, bed and pillows so comfortable and the facilities in the room when you are staying on business, for an extended stay, are excellent. The swimming pool anf gym/spa facilities are excellent and it feels so safe, it's like a home from home.

Excellent hotel in a great location and excellent staff. Staff go the extra mile to help and serve you. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Outstanding Spa ,pool and gym. Great rooms always clean and if something fails to work it is addressed within hours and working again.

The bedding is old, the mattress lacks support, and the pillow is old and flat. The room's decor is outdated, and the air conditioning cannot be adjusted. When I requested an early check-out, the front desk did not proactively ask if I was dissatisfied. When I mentioned that it was because of the mattress's poor support and the old, flat pillow, the front desk responded by saying that guests at five-star hotels should request a firmer mattress or buckwheat pillows in advance if they have such needs. Well, I guess I don’t understand the rules of five-star hotels.

Great service, great hotel , clean and spacious. Great staff very welcoming. Hotel front desk and hotel service guest manager are just going out of their way to treat every guest, highly recommend it for business people and general visitors.

My first visit to Qingdao, needing some rest after a long two weeks in factories. The property is pure 5 Star with one of the best locations in China, right on Qingdao's best swimming beach. The Club Lounge on the 23rd floor has an outdoor deck, the perfect place to watch the beach at dusk as the sun sets, while enjoying a small, but good quality range of beverages, and very attentive staff.

Hotel is situated at the famous beach in Qingdao. Offers range of indoor and also outdoor activities.

With direct access to the 3 km Long Beach, this Hyatt meets all of my needs for leisure. The executive lounge located on 21st floor has spectacular view of beach and sea. The food and beverage quality for breakfast is above the average.
