The 8,611-square-foot Regency Ballroom hosts up to 900 guests for a cocktail reception. Beach resort weddings are a specialty of Hyatt Regency Qingdao. The hotel is the only one that can hold a beach wedding in the downtown area. The beach and garden are excellent modern venues for weddings in Qingdao, allowing guests to enjoy an outdoor wedding overlooking the Yellow Sea.

Located on the second, third and 21st floor, the Salons are flexible in size and ideal for cocktail receptions, dinners and meeting sessions. Subtle decor and furnishings highlight the Salons, which offer a stylish setting for both corporate and private events. twelve different sizes of Salons, ranging from 57 to 310 square meters, are perfect venues for small to medium scale meetings. Most of the meeting rooms overlook the ocean and beach.
Dong Hai Meeting Room
The Dong Hai meeting room is located on the second floor. This salon features views of the Fushan Mountain through floor-to-ceiling windows. This venue is also equipped with improved lighting and audio facilities and is perfect for small-scale events or meetings.
