Very nice place!
The hotel staff were very friendly. Our room was very nice and clean. It was a little loud due to being the first room off of the elevator and there was a wedding going on. It didn't really impact my sleep too much. Pool felt very refreshing after a long day out in the sun. Very nice place and I would stay again.

Beautiful hotel with a fabulous pool
The pool is fantastic and is one of the biggest I’ve seen at a hotel. The layout around it reminds us of a resort. The hotels decor is beautiful with a big seating area overlooking. I will definitely come back again.

a luxurious home away from home
The Hyatt at Carnegie Place near Princeton provided a wonderful place to land in the evenings during 2 weeks of research. The staff are lovely people, and I enjoyed the area

Great choice: Clean, free parking, free Wi-Fi, and a pool.
Came with my husband and toddler. It was our first time staying at a Hyatt. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a pool that's open from 8 AM to 9 PM (as posted at the pool; website information and pool information at the room says otherwise); bear in mind there is no lifeguard. The depth ranges from 3 to 5.5 feet. The pool was clean when we were there on a Sunday afternoon. We forgot to pack some essential items and the front desk was very understanding when I called and listed off almost a dozen items; the items were delivered to our room while we were at the pool. We were guests of the day and got vouchers for a free breakfast at Laurea, the beautiful on-site restaurant; which was delicious and had a good variety; without the voucher, it's $28/pp. There was cold food on one side and not food on the other. Cold food included bagels, bread, lox, croissants, assorted pastries, cream cheese, butter, fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, honeydew, cantaloupe, pineapple), yogurt, whole bananas, apples, and oranges, at least half a dozen juices, milk, and cereal. On the hot food side, there was cheese filled blintz, turkey bacon, (can't remember if they also had regular bacon) potatoes, scrambled eggs. My toddler was very energetic and waiting staff was very understanding. At the table, there were also 5 small jars of jam, which my toddler also loved. The entrance to the restaurant also had a koi pond on either side of a walkway that was a highlight for my toddler. The room was clean. Although I was hoping that our mini fridge would have a little freezer section since I had ice packs with me, keep in mind it's only a fridge. The on-site "store" also had some essentials like single dose meds and even infant Tylenol; naturally, just expect an upcharge. But good to know you can grab things like that in the hotel. Checkout was easy. Overall, definitely recommend.

Looks are deceiving!
Not only was it a noisy hotel, you could hear everything! Pillows were stained Yellow and sheets had stains on them! NOT a 4 star hotel.

Horrible conditions in room!
Our A/C filter was covered in dust and the A/C vent was covered in dust and had black mold in it! We discovered it our second night and we then requested to be moved to a new room. We were waiting for almost 45 minutes and I finally went down to the front desk and they said there must have been a miscommunication with maintenace and they gave me the keys to the new room. Maintenance had obviously gone in to the new room and changed out the filter because it wasn't completely secured to the ceiling. The A/C vent was a little dusty and there was black mold in the vent! There was rust in the bathroom and the towels had strings on them. I will never stay at this hotel again!

Pleasant Saturday night stay
Very friendly and helpful front desk and restaurant staff that made our stay memorable. The room was comfortable and equipped with what we needed. Breakfast at the restaurant was nice. It was better than what we expected.

Overall more good than bad
Very clean rooms but older furnishings, worn carpet and limited food and coffee offerings. Noisy at night. Very pretty grounds for outside walk

Great hotel
Great hotel. Heated indoor pool was awesome and the kids loved it. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very conveniently located to downtown Princeton

Not so good experience
WIFI was down on my check-in day. Credit card payment system was down on my checkout date, I booked the room for 3 people, But we were only given two bottles of water and two drinking cups in the room.
