Please note early check-in requests are based on availability and not guaranteed. These requests should be made by calling the resort prior to arrival at 727.373.1234.
We can conveniently hold your luggage upon your arrival and have it delivered to your room once it becomes available. Should you need assistance upon your departure, we can also store your luggage until you are ready to depart.
Packages can be conveniently delivered to our resort and we kindly ask that the shipping label contains the following information:
- Your Name
- ATTN: Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa
- Hotel Address: 301 S Gulfview Blvd, Clearwater Beach, FL 33767

There are 2 easily accessible airports in the area:

We do not provide shuttle or transportation services. We recommend utilizing Uber or Lyft services for your transit needs.
Yes, the resort is centrally located and within walking distance to nearby attractions and Clearwater Beach’s iconic Pier 60.
EV chargers are available in our covered parking garage on property.

Hotel Facilities

Reservations are recommended but not required for SHOR American Seafood Grill. Walk-ins are welcome but wait times may occur. Tropico Rooftop Cantina is a first come, first serve restaurant. For more information including menus and specials please visit our dining page here.
Our resort pool is open year-round and heated for guests to enjoy in any season. A separate heated kids pool makes our resort pool deck comfortable for families with small children.
