Staying at Haytt felt like home! The whole team of people from the bellman through the receptionist, housekeeping, beach personnel, everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and beyond kind! The hotel is beautiful, clean and classy! Just steps away from the beach made my experience beyond enjoyable! Definitely coming back for another treat!

Excellent service and experience. Highly reccomend! From the check-in to nightly room service- everything here was top notch. Great location in Clearwater beach just steps away from a wonderful beach location to great restaurants and water activities. Didn't want to leave!

I recently visited on a girls trip. We had a great time! The food at the pool area was great as well as the restaurant on site! We loved the convenience and the quality and we had perfect weather. We definitely would return.

This hotel, was supposedly rehabbed. But the rug in our roon was dirty. the door to the balcony handle was so corroded that it wouldn't open. the blinds were dirty. The room we had was a corner room, which was great because you get 2 balconies, a front and side one. the problem was the side one, the door was so bad, I was afraid that I'd get locked out. The room is next to the hotels maintenance and elevators, where you hear everything. You have 1 love seat in the room, it has no support and sink in it and 1 desk chair, besides the 3 bar chairsl

We stayed for an evening to celebrate a birthday. The staff sent up balloons, champagne and strawberries. The room had a wonderful view. The bracelet room keys were convenient. We were there for a limited tome so we didn’t partake in dining or the pool but explored both briefly and would definitely return to check them out.

Over all the stay and hotel condition was “ok”. Daily fees/parking of nearly $100 a day weren’t clearly presented. Room location/amenities weren’t as advertised. Our “ocean view” was on the south east corner. More of a city view. A Bed and couch in suite were painful and had us contemplating leaving early. staff was great when needed.

I travel all over the country and stay at many Hyatt resorts. This is by far one of the best of the best in the entire country. The room was clean, the food was outrageous, the views were spectacular, the suite upgrade was truly magnificent. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the resort.

Best location - Clearwater Beach and attractions Parking was easy and comfortable though it is $27/day. Room - clean, spacious, and comfortable Staffs - super friendly, helpful, and kind. Swimming Pool and Hot Tub were great for kids!

This was a great visit for us. This is the best hotel on the beach bar none!! The hotel staff and resturant were top notch. The Hyatt might be a little more expensive but the experience was well worth it for us.

Good Morning Mr. Palmer, As you know, my wife and I were married in this hotel in Sept 2018 when Lindsey and Danielle presided over all hotel affairs, and have come back here ever since bc this hotel has extremely deep sentimental value to us both, but after the way I was undervalued and embarrassed by your Hotel Manager Nick Murray this trip. My wife and I will no longer be considering this our priority destination when wanting to get away for some R&R going forward. I could've spent my $1500 elsewhere and felt valued and wanted. I originally chose a 1BR Suite, not handicap, and due to a wedding party that was booked for the same day. I was devalued and insulted by your Hotel Manager who advised me that I was not intelligent enough to understand that they were the same room. He argued with me for five (5) rounds after I politely asked him for either my money back since I was not given the room I paid for, or an upgrade (I have many friends who work for corporate hotels), it would not have affected him by making myself as a repeat guest, an upgrade no charge. To go above and beyond is what I remember this hotel for, it seems now that we are judged by how we look compared to others and then valued from a materialistic determination. I did not hesitate to spend $26,000 when we had our wedding here, and to have the kind of negative, berating experience I did this past weekend. A mere apology is simply insulting. Please understand that when you value all customers and not argue and stare down your guests, you leave them with an experience that is hard to ever forget.
