Wonderful Anniversary Stay
Wonderful Anniversary Stay We were very satisfied with our stay! The breakfast was excellent, the Club Room was comfortable, and everyone was warm and welcoming. A special thank-you to Ms. Zhang, who made our check-in smooth and pleasant. The wonderful service made our anniversary celebration feel truly special. Exceptional Hospitality, Modern Elegance, and Loved by the Whole Family!
We loved everything about Hyatt Regency Wangjing! What stood out most was how thoughtfully they took care of our family. On our first day, they prepared a special gift bag for the kids with a cute stuffed horse, a kids' robe, toothbrush, toothpaste, and bath products—the kids were so happy! The hotel design is modern and elegant, and our room was spacious, spotless, and quiet for a great night's sleep. The swimming pool and gym are excellent, and the breakfast buffet was huge and delicious with options for everyone. The well-rested nights and great food fueled a fantastic trip to Beijing. The staff were wonderfully warm and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great stuff and nice hotel
The staff here are so nice and meets every aspects of my needs. I would definitely come back in the future. Hotel design is great, love the bamboo trees in the lobby, feel like nature
Ideal choice for a long stay.
Our home away from home did not disappoint. Location is convenient as more ride hails are familiar with the hotel. Value for money with their long stay rates. Spacious and clean rooms. Frontline staff are friendly and helpful.

I’ve been a regular guest at Hyatt Regency Beijing Wangjing for 5-6 years, and every single stay has been absolutely fantastic. The restaurant, buffet, hygiene, and overall level of professionalism are all exceptional. I will absolutely be returning again soon.
Perhaps my expectations were too high, which made the experience a bit disappointing.
As a Hyatt Globalist member, I specifically chose Hyatt Regency Beijing Wangjing for this recent business trip, based on its generally positive reputation online. Unfortunately, my overall stay fell somewhat short of expectations. I would like to share a few details where I believe the experience could be improved. 1. Check-in experience Upon arrival, I was informed that my room was still being cleaned and that I would need to wait before check-in. I was directed to wait in the Regency Club lounge. However, during the waiting period, no staff member proactively informed me when the room became available. I only learned that the room was ready after I personally returned to the front desk to ask. Otherwise, I might have continued waiting without knowing. In addition, the actual check-in time was nearly one hour later than the stated 15:00 check-in time, and no explanation was provided. The welcome fruit was also delivered separately after I had already entered the room. 2. Room upgrade Prior to arrival, I did not receive the usual pre-arrival email or call. I therefore took the initiative to send an email to inquire about the possibility of an upgrade. Ultimately, the room provided was a corner room with a rather ordinary view, which was somewhat disappointing. I had been hoping to experience a room overlooking the Wangjing SOHO skyline. 3. Lobby bar service As my stay included a spending credit, I ordered two drinks at the lobby bar. When the drinks were served, the staff member carried the glasses by hand without a tray and appeared unsteady, resulting in the drinks spilling across the table. The follow-up response was limited to wiping the table with tissues, without any explanation or apology. This level of service detail was quite surprising. In summary, the overall stay did not meet the expectations I had for this visit. I hope the hotel may consider improving these service details in the future.
Very attractive hotel, conveniently between airport and city centre
A great experience with wonderful rooms, very extensive breakfast, at dinner a hotpot experience option and available staff.

My son accidentally left his watch in the room and the front office manager Stefan Liu immediately emailed me to inform. Nick from his team arranged for a taxi to deliver the watch to me at the Beijing airport. Impressed by the exceptional service level.

Disruptive breakfast
Disruptive behavior by employees during breakfast time. Try to anticipate lunch set up before realizing breakfast still not finished.
Memorable Stay at Hyatt Regency
All staff members from management to shop floor, housekeeping, Restaurant were helpful, well trained and competent & professional, with personal special touch. Thank you for making my birthday so special! I truly appreciate all the effort by members involved to make it more special.
Nice executive lounge and good location
Good Services, nice hotel and good food. The location is not far from Capital airport and close to main attractions. The happy hours in executive lounge is good enough as dinner too.
Nice hotel but needs improvement
The hotel was nice, and staff were very helpful and friendly. I do not like the pet-friendly policy which bring in a lot of dogs during the weekend. The smell in the hallway was overwhelming. Also, the hotel should have a policy forbid cell phone use in the locker room and hot tub area. I have seen many times people doing selfies or videotaping while naked! So disgusting.
Best Hyatt experience in China
Excellent experience in Hyatt Regency Wangjing. All staffs are friendly, proactive and helpful. Had a good time with my family here.

Hyatt Family suite experience
Our stay at Hyatt Wangjing exceed our expactation. The family suite is very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed using the amenities at the hotel like the pool, gym and wet and dry sauna. The staff anticipated our needs. Housekeeping even left a larger piece of toothpaste with a personal message card!

Outrageously kind staffs who try out of their ways to help!
I normally refrain to write reviews, simply because I may get a bit lazy to compose any written message, but I must leave a positive review to this hotel and the management team with the nicest words I can summon;) I landed very early in the morning and I was extremely jet lagged. Because I was moving internationally and quite unfortunately had to choose a hotel as a journey midpoint, my belongings was unhumbly heavy. An outstandingly kind gentleman at the reception kindly offered me so much help upon checkin. I was almost tempted to tear. Bravo to this remarkable gentleman, whose last name is He/贺. The concierge team also offered great help throughout my stay. They helped me to mail some of my belongings, transferring my orders from the lounge bar to a delivery person, simply because public transport in Beijing is slow and I couldn't be on time. I was constantly offered turn down service from one cleaning lady, whose name I was unfortunately did not note. She is such a sincere person and is very polite. If you're traveling to Beijing, this place won't be a miss. It looks like a business hotel from the outside, but it certainly offers more than that, simply because of the amazingly professional staff. This hotel thrives in my mind because their staff is at a paramount position.

A hidden Gem in Wangjing area of Beijing
This is my third stay at this property in the past year. My wife and I choose it for a long stay because of its location and for the wonderful team running this hotel. Easily one of the friendliest teams in the Hyatt Regency brand, who outperforms even a few higher categories properties in other parts of the world.

A fantastic hotel in a great location in Beijing
The quality of this hotel is fantastic. The staff was outstanding, the meals at the Market Cafe were widely varied and all high quality. The location of the hotel made it very easy to get around the area. There is a nice park across the street to walk through for relaxation and numerous coffee shops and other eateries nearby within walking distance. The Wangjing neighborhood is really great and a hidden gem in Beijing.

Excellent stay with Globalist benefits.
I spent two nights here and had a seamless, enjoyable experience from start to finish. As a Globalist, I was upgraded to a beautiful corner suite filled with natural light—perfect for getting some work done during my stay. The Globalist buffet breakfast at the café was excellent, with a high-quality selection and a wide variety of options. I also made use of the gym twice and found the equipment (weights and stationary bike) to be in great condition. What stood out most was the service—every staff member (lounge staff very helpful) I interacted with was genuinely helpful and attentive. I wouldn’t hesitate to return if the location fits my itinerary next time. A truly comfortable and well-managed property.
