My Other Home "Feels like Paradise"...
The Best Hotel for me and my Family... Highly Recommended... We truly enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Regency Manila, City of Dreams. From the comfortable room to the warm and welcoming staff, everything made our experience feel special. We really appreciated the hospitality and the little things that made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We left with happy memories and would love to come back again. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!
Hyatt lives up to its reputation on being a premium hotel
Excellent and speedy service from all staff I encountered. I loved the buffet as well. They had a lot of choices, but just enough and not too much. I even like this Hyatt better than the Grand Hyatt at BGC.

Writing to express my sincere appreciations and compliments to Hyatt Regency City of Dreams Front Desk employee Joshua and Front of house team. he is Knowledgeable and our family received a 5 star service. In addition the House Keeping management room was clean and beautiful. most of all the location were convenient close to Ayala and Landmark shopping malls. Thank you Hyatt Regency City of Dreams you guys rock!!
Great hotel
Hyatt regency COD is family friendly and staff are very friendly and attentive. The hotel and staff made our stay very memorable
Excellent stay, i enjoy very much
Fast check in. No hassle. Staffs are very professional, helpful, and quick. My room has free drinks and snacks. But please confirm yours before using. Room is spacious, clean, and updated. Very comfortable stay. Nice swimming pool. Very quiet hotel and peaceful. Even though below is casino, but the hotel is very quiet rooms, safe and peaceful. Toilet is big too. I really think Hyatt Regency at city of dreams is so much better than Nobu hotel.

Awful experience, room poorly maintained and the smell is too bad The room was facing the railway , the noise is too loud from the very early morning all the way till late night

One of our Best Hotel Experience
Had a very nice experience with the service at Hyatt Hotel City of Dreams, especially when we needed medical assistance during our stay. My 3-year-old son suddenly developed a fever, and since I wasn’t able to bring a thermometer, I called Guest Services to ask if they could provide one. Instead, they went above and beyond and sent a medical team directly to our room to check on my son. I truly appreciated how quickly and thoughtfully they responded. The following day, my son also had an accident and vomited on the hotel bed. The staff immediately came to clean everything up. We were informed that there might be an additional charge for the soaked bedding, but to our surprise and appreciation, there were no additional charges when we checked out. I’m very grateful for the kindness, prompt assistance, and understanding shown by the Hyatt City of Dreams team. They made what could have been a stressful situation much easier for us as parents. We had a wonderful family stay and truly appreciate the excellent service. Thank you so much, Hyatt COD! ❤️

Expectedly Hyatt
One of the best hotels in the Philippines. The amenities were great. Huge swimming pools. So many good restaurants to choose from. Very friendly staff. Indeed, Hyatt is living up to its name.

Excellent stay!
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and overall I had an excellent stay. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others.

5-star!
It was such a great experience. I don't really do staycations because I think it's just the same as hibernating at home (except they have casino and pool and a lot more lol) but Hyatt exceeded every bit of my expectations. All the staff - as in all - were so nice and accommodating! Even as a first timer, we didn't feel lost on where to go, what to expect and what the next steps are. Indeed 5-stars and definitely coming back - actually planning the next one already!

friendly staff, fast check in and out counter, accessible to mall, the room is clean although the aircondition was a bit hot during night

Exceptional Service and Warm Welcome
The security at Hyatt Regency Hotel is excellent, with professional and attentive personnel who help ensure guests feel safe and comfortable throughout their stay. The bedroom was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. The fresh, pleasant scent was especially welcoming and added to the overall feeling of cleanliness and comfort. The receptionist was warm, friendly, and exceptionally accommodating throughout our interaction. Their professionalism and willingness to assist made the check-in experience smooth and welcoming.

Perfect Rainy Birthday Weekend Staycation!
Perfect birthday staycation for a super rainy weekend! We had other options to do while we weren't able to swim (pool was closed), but we were able to visit Dream Play.

Manila Stay
Being a Globalist on Hyatt the Club Regency is outstanding in terms of food and beverages. Service is outstanding and helpful. Amenities are great with fitness center that is 24 hrs., pool is great with kid's pool. the hotel also have a casino. Will stay here again.

Best stay in Manila
Absolutely amazing experience! The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The staff was incredibly polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious with plenty of options, and the overall ambiance was luxurious and relaxing. The location was perfect and convenient for travel. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium and memorable stay. Will definitely visit again!

Great stay
My whole experience was great and perfect. My room was huge and clean with snacks and drinks included. The cleanliness of room and bathroom. Also have entertainment and stuff at front desk and concierge are nice. Everything was great. From buffet, the cafe and Salon at 1st floor love them all.
