The service at the hotel was beyond my expectation. Rooms were clean and staff is very friendly. A special shout out to the day shift staff for being so courteous. Housekeeping does an amazing job keeping rooms clean and towels replaced daily if requested.

Didn’t sleep until 3am

I’ve stayed here twice and both times they’ve been booked for conventions. I’ll no longer be staying here because of that. Even on the 15th floor, it was LOUD until 3am both nights. We called the front desk but they said they couldn’t do anything about the noise because that convention had rented the LOBBY until 2am. What??? How is that even possible?

Good food and stuff

Great food and the staff is really nice. The regency club is difficult to get to. Long walk and No silverware at night. We had to drink our cereal. Would be nice to have a restroom and sink in the club also. Had to walk all the way back to room to use one.

Nice but noisy

The hotel was nice as expected but the outside noise was loud and echoed in the room. I tried taking a nap around 330pm but couldn't sleep because of all the outside noise. Other than that it was a nice hotel nice room nice staff. I would stay again.

They have beds

It is an OK place to sleep. Food was poor, especially the breakfast, the eggs were of poor quality and were not fresh they tasted like powder, and for almost 20.00 per person way too expensive. The room was very humid and hot and my stay was in Nov. Hotel could not get the TVs to work properly to watch Sunday football and the TV in the room did not properly function.

Great location

Great location for events at Fiserv. 3 block walk and lots of restaurants near by. We always try to stay at the Hyatt when heading to a Bucks game. The hotel needs to put a pay station for the parking garage in the hotel

Amazing staff, clean hotel

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and our stay was enjoyable. Especially Aloha at the front desk! The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a good variety.

Location, Location, LOCATION!

First off, the location was absolutely perfect for us. We didn't need our car a single time the entire weekend we were there. Fiserv Forum - down the street. Panther Arena - across the street. River Walk - steps from the front door. There are lots of incredible restaurants (most of them local, which is a plus) all around the area. The hotel staff was top notch. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful and professional. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I think literally every single time we walked by an employee they said Hello. Check in was easy and fast, even with quite a few people ahead of me. Starbucks in the hotel is a convenient plus, too. The lobby area is lovely, with plenty of chair/table seating, TVs and a gift shop as well. The only issues we had (and they were certainly not deal breakers) were that the TV/remote was sketchy and the toilet would inadvertently need 2 flushes to work. For us, neither issue was important enough to bring to the attention of the hotel. Our dog was traveling with us and the hotel was very accommodating to us with him. I feel like the $50/night pet fee is a bit more than what most hotels charge but it was worth it to be able to have him with us versus boarding. The room itself was fine. While it may be in need of a more current design, it was very, very clean, the heater worked and it smelled nice. Our room had a large window with a city view, an in-room safe and mini-fridge. Overall, the Hyatt Regency was a wonderful hotel with amazing staff and we'd recommend it to anyone needing a hotel in Milwaukee!

Dirty and loud

Self explanatory. Don’t go to this one. It’s not representative of the Hyatt standards. Dirty room, people screaming at the top of their lungs until the early morning hours. It’s an open foyer so it echos as well.

Parking is Deceiving

When we arrive the valet/employee outside motioned us to the car park connected to the hotel, saying it would be covered. When we checked out, they did not validate parking and we had to pay $35. Other parking lots/garages were cheaper and we would’ve parked there. The phone in the room also didn’t work when dialing front desk or concierge when we called for a problem with the sink.
