4 night stay in a great modern and comfortable hotel with attentive staff. The facilities were also great and the kids loved the ball filled paddling pool The highlight was the oversized tub which the kids thoroughly enjoyed, and the dim sum buffet on the 2nd floor

Everything is fine aside from the bathroom design is bit weird. The staffs are helpful, especially with handling my parcel delivery.

We stayed at Hyatt Regency Hengqin from 15 to 18 June 2025, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. The booking process through the World of Hyatt app was smooth, and the in-app chat support was prompt and helpful. Before arrival, we received detailed and thoughtful emails with helpful information about the hotel, transport options, and local weather, making us feel well-prepared and welcomed. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by friendly staff, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. Check-in was efficient, with staff providing clear explanations of the facilities, including the Regency Club. Our request for an extra bed for our child was quickly accommodated, along with thoughtful amenities for kids. The hotel shuttle to Chimelong Ocean Park was easy to arrange, and the QR code was promptly sent for a hassle-free experience. Staff at the Regency Club assisted us patiently with the Wi-Fi, and housekeeping staff warmly checked in to ensure our needs were met. Breakfast at the Market Café offered a great variety of options, and the staff’s friendly engagement with guests created a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, the service was consistently attentive and professional throughout our stay. Hyatt Regency Hengqin provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we would happily stay here again and recommend it for both business and family travel.

Another good stay at this Hyatt in Hengqin, first time driving here and parking was easy, plentiful and free. Staff were accommodating and friendly, room upgrade was appreciated and the corner room always so comfortable. Breakfast was good but always busy even on normal weekends but choices are not bad although more towards an Asian palette. All in all another very relaxing stay.

It’s such a good time for our family to stay in Hengqin Hyatt Regency Hotel. Staffs were very hospitable and their service was off the chart. We are very grateful.

Great for kids, 2 pools indoor and out. Even though the hotel was very full the room was quiet and pleasant.

We stayed here to visit the Changlong Park, and every part of this hotel is amazing. The pool/hot tub is relaxing, the breakfast is awesome, and the service is unbeatable. 10/10 would stay again.

Check in was smooth, room was very comfortable and reception's response to requests was carried out quickly. The outside pool and area is not large enough to accommodate all the guests especially during summer holidays. Buffet breakfast was super busy and there are no drink options except for the ones placed out. All in all it was a good stay, all the staff were great, helpful and friendly.

Staff were so lovely and flexible to work with. We felt extra cared for with our stay from check in to extending an extra night, the staff gave us an upgrade for the third night which is beyond what we expected. The room was so big, I’ve never had such a huge hotel room before, it made the experience all the more relaxing. The facilities are spacious and so clean, I could have just stayed in the hotel and not go out! The outdoor pool was so fresh to swim in after a morning run, the gym is well equipped. A shame the roof top bar wasn’t open otherwise that would have topped our experience! But overall, we loved our stay and couldn’t fault it one bit.
