Hotel Policies

We welcome your canine companions through our “Pet-Friendly Staycation” package. All dogs must be housebroken. One dog allowed per room. The hotel has a pet room with a check-in standard for dogs weighing less than 20 kilograms. Dogs are not allowed to enter restaurants, fitness centers, meeting rooms, etc. The hotel’s public area and elevators require pets to be placed in a pet car, provided by the hotel.

Fees: 
Fees are reflective of the respective room rate and may fluctuate per season/time of year. For full details, be sure to select our “Pet-Friendly Staycation” package when booking.

One dog: 20 kg (44 lbs)

Disposable Guest Amenities

As part of our ongoing commitment to reducing waste, our hotel provides a limited selection of disposable guest amenities. We kindly suggest packing necessary daily essentials in advance. Should you have any special requests or require additional amenities, please feel free to contact us after check-in.

 

Bottled Water

To reduce the use of single-use plastics, our hotel no longer provides bottled water. Instead, you may easily fill your drinking vessel with drinking water available throughout the hotel.
