Stopover pre cruise
Can't fault the hotel and staff. Everyone wanted to help and the gym was probably the best I have seen in an hotel. Tip, the I trolly bus tickets are cheap and a must, the hyatt sits on both lines, so whichever one you take you will get back to the hotel.

A very nice conference center, easy to get around, quick elevators, EXCELLENT staff. Clean, and great food options available.

The Hyatt is beautiful. It's also big. From the front door, we were treated amazing. Stayed 3 nights, wish it were longer. Restaurants were great. Don't miss B-line.

Time Away
Everything was as expected and better in some cases. Valet crew was extremely helpful and accommodating. The bathroom was impeccable.

Great Family Staycation
We enjoyed our stay. I loved that everything was in close proximity and even walking distance to restaurants. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed sitting out watching the game abc having drinks poolside as well. The beds were comfy. Overall great stay for our family.
Convention experience
Everything was great except checkout. Nobody was at the front desk at 4am and my wife made the arrangements so I didn’t have a password to checkout online

Amenities were under construction
The main pool, slide, and terrace areas were under renovation with many noises. The room was cleaned but noisy as it was on top of the under construction terrace.

Overpriced for the experience
The location was good. The parking fee was extremely high ($45 daily + tax). Food options were also extremely high for the quality.

The grotto pool is under construction, despite not being on their website!
We live 2 hours away and visit the parks annually for our kids birthday weekends. We visit a park on Saturday and then spend Sunday at the pools. Well, we went down this weekend and the kids were all excited about finally being tall enough for the slide, only to find out the grotto is closed. Nothing was on the website and when I told the clerk the entire reason for our stay was the grotto pool, she shrugged and said there was a pool on the 4th floor. We went up to the 4th floor pool and it’s a regular pool, no slides. We saw a giant rat run across the deck, so large in fact my husband was convinced it was a cat. So nasty. We used to stay at Wyndham Bonnet Creek because they have so many pools you can visit, but I’m an Explorist so we did Hyatt last year and tried to return this year. What a massive disappointment. Headed back to Wyndham next year. Maybe disclose the grotto is closed on your website?!??

Great, clean, and welcoming!
Great location along Internaitonal Drive; the hotel was spacious and the room did not look or feel dated as well. It was clean all around although some sounds could be heard from other rooms in the middle of the day. Staff had great service and were attentive.

Good convention hotel; Associate Skurjte was a highlight
The hotel is a convention hotel, convenient to the convention center with facilities for Convention participants I have to complement one associate who stands out. Sjurte or Skurjte (i’m not sure if the spelling is correct)One of the associates who is working on the 24th floor in tower two was extremely kind and helpful to me when I first arrived. I mistakenly was on her floor when she noticed me looking confused and she very nicely came over. Asked to see my room, key envelope and pointed out that my room was not in tower too, but was in tower one she then proceeded to walk me to the elevator and give me specific directions as to how I could get to the elevator Bank for Tower one. She stopped what she was doing to help me and she was very friendly and nice and I thought she should be commended. She was one of the highlights of my stay.

The Best Hotel When Attending the Orlando Convention Center
This is a great property. If you're attending an event at the Convention Center this is your property of choice. The elevators are quick, the amenities are excellent, with a spectacular pool. The gym is excellent with a large selection of work out equipment.

Great weekend experience!
This hotel is great! It’s absolutely massive, and my room on the 27th floor was awesome. The location is super convenient right across from the convention center, and having club access for daily breakfast and snacks was a huge plus. It was the perfect spot to just hang out and relax. Highly recommend!

Great Night's Stay!
This hotel was great. My room had a 55 or 65 inch TV that was mounted on the wall. The room was spectacular. The mattress was extremely comfortable. There is a Starbucks and market in the hotel so you can find food and a restaurant. The parking garage is a little bit of a walk, but there is a nice covered path to get to the lobby area of the hotel, which was beautiful. They do offer valet parking. The pool was fantastic and has great hours of operation, especially since check in is so late in the day. A lazy river pool is currently under construction, but that will be a great added feature of the hotel. The staff were also very pleasant. I only stayed one night for a business meeting, but I would definitely go back there to stay.

Unforgettable 7th anniversary experience
Out favorite hotel. We have come here before for cosplay conventions but never actually stayed and the Hyatt didn’t disappoint

Amazing International Drive Hotel
The Hyatt Regency is a beautiful hotel in the center of everything in Orlando. It is great that it right on International Drive. It is very clean and the service is exceptional. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay and close to tons of food and activities!
Great hotel! Rooms and property are excellent and well kept. Hotel staff is friendly and very accommodating. Room was spotless and housekeeping did a great job each day. Amenities are nice and the hotel is extremely close to tons of restaurants and activities, all within walking distance.

Great Experience
The Hyatt Regency Hotel in Orlando was a surprise compared to other grand hotels like the Grand Ole Opry that was severely disappointing. This hotel exceeded my expectations in many areas including the food quality, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, the extra amenities like the gym and the valet were prompt and professional.
