Highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again.
We had the most amazing experience during our 2-night, 3-day stay at this hotel. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from a nearby car park with reasonable rates. The location is perfect for visiting Manchester University and the city centre. We were greeted by polite and friendly staff, and our room was exceptionally clean and finished to a high standard. The city view was beautiful, and the shower room was large and stunning. All the toiletries smelled lovely and felt high quality. The coffee provided was excellent and refilled daily. The fridge was very quiet, and there were plenty of electric and USB sockets. Even the slippers were of good quality. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable. The restaurant had a calm and well-designed atmosphere, where we enjoyed breakfast and happy hour. Drinks and canapés during happy hour were completely free, and I had a lovely cocktail. Breakfast offered a wide selection of high-quality food and beverages. A helpful notice board showed quiet, medium, and peak times, which made planning easier. Soft drinks, tea, and coffee were available free of charge all day.

University Visit
I had a friendly check in, the room was clean and safe. I arrived early and they allowed me to store my bag so I could go away and do some work before returning to check in later. Very pleased overall.

Great location, staff and rooms
Great location for the University. Good size rooms with nice bathroom with a huge shower. Comfy beds, friendly staff. Ate at the restaurant which was expensive but good food. We were upgraded to a city view room and we requested a high floor away from the lift which we got. It was quiet. My one frustration with hotels is not having a mirror above the dressing table/desk. Surely many people would like to do their make up in the bedroom being able to sit down with a well lit mirror rather than standing by the sink with a risk of makeup getting wet and getting in the way of your room mate who wants to use the toilet/shower. However, most hotel chains don't cater for this. Overall, I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Great location, service and amenities
Great location, right next to U of Manchester and a 20min walk from downtown. Safe location too at night, compared to the city center. £5-10 Uber ride there, and a 10-20min drive. Comfortable bed with good fixtures and fittings in the room. Customer service was prompt and the staff was helpful. Easy to leave luggage before or after a flight.

We always stay here for Gigs at the Manchester Academy, we love the hotel, great atmosphere great rooms and bar restaurants is very good. We got a complementary room upgrade when we arrived which was very nice. We had food and drinks in the bar which was perfect especially because our favourite rum is served, breakfast is good buffet style which a good selection and machine coffees are great

Fabulous hotel
Fabulous hotel with spacious rooms, everywhere was very clean. The bathroom was lrg with a powerful rain shower, beautiful hand-wash and creams. Shower gel shampoo conditioner all in separate containers with Fantastic smells. Towels, bathrobes even down to ironing board, plus few extras. Smart TV , mini fridge. Very comfortable rooms and best of all the quietness was a bliss. Staff were very pleasant on arrival. Grand daughter and myself felt very at ease. Look forward to staying again.

New but problems
Window leaked water. Bathtub made cuts in finger. Hair in breakfast food was disgustung. Staff was very friendly, though.

Average stay
The facilities were good, the rooms and communal areas were clean, and the hotel atmosphere was pleasant. Some of the check-in staff weren’t too friendly, and the beds/pillows weren’t too comfortable. I was booked in a double room but given only a twin,, with no option to change. Lastly, the breakfast was disappointing. Whilst there was a range of items, the hot food was cold, and some items weren’t fresh.

Super comfy, clean room: would definitely return & recommend!
We only spent one night at the Hyatt Manchester. We travel frequently & this may be the second time we have come across such a comfortable mattress, duvet & great quality bedding. The room was impeccably clean & the Reception staff welcoming. Amazing value for money on this occasion & would stay again. Thank you!
