Hotel Policies

• Any guest 13 years of age or older will be considered an adult and is subject to adult pricing.
• Rollaway beds are provided upon request and subject to availability for £50 per night.
• Connecting rooms are available. To confirm connecting rooms, please get in touch the hotel directly. 

Created to support the development and promotion of tourism in Manchester and to enhance the visitor experience, the City Visitor Charge is a supplementary charge applied per room, per night, and added to the final accommodation bill. This statutory charge is collected from all paid accommodation establishments within the Manchester ABID zone and is subject to VAT. The City Visitor Charge may change in line with the rates set by the relevant authority or administering body.

• Only card payments are accepted at the hotel.
• The hotel is cashless.
• The original card used for booking must be presented at check-in.
• A pre-authorization for the total stay plus GBP 50 per night will be taken on arrival from the valid payment card used to make the booking.
• Government-issued photo ID.
• The minimum check-in age is 18 years old.

The hotel does not allow pets except for service animals.  

Rates are inclusive of 20% VAT (Value Added Tax).

A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your food and drink bill.

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment and guests are subject to a smoking fee of £350 for any room found to have been smoked in.

Our rooms contain luxury feather bedding. Please contact guest services to arrange a replacement should you require an alternative.
