I had a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience at the spa. The ambience was peaceful and soothing, and the entire setup was beautifully maintained. The therapists were highly professional, courteous, and attentive to every detail. The treatment was excellent, and the hospitality made the experience even more special. It was the perfect way to unwind and refresh. Highly recommended, and I look forward to visiting again!
Average experience
Staff is nice but the food taste is ok. Options aren’t many. At times the staff on the table forgets what was asked for from the live counters and the guest have to follow up to get the food on time. The breads take a lot of time from order to the time presented to the guest on the table.

Another excellent stay, as always! Although it was a short visit, the experience was thoroughly pleasant and comfortable. A special thanks to Deepak for his exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and courteous approach. He was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout, ensuring that everything was taken care of and that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Thank you once again for the wonderful hospitality. Worst team in FNB.
Overall, the hotel is excellent, and I had a very pleasant experience with the property and its hospitality. I would like to express my sincere thanks to the General Manager and the front desk team for the complimentary room upgrade and their warm hospitality. Special thanks to Ms. Swati for her warm welcome and courteous assistance during check-in. She made me feel comfortable and ensured that my arrival experience was pleasant. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast and tea service. Despite placing multiple orders and receiving assurances from the staff, I did not receive the expected quality of food and service, and unfortunately, the issue remained unresolved. While I truly appreciate the excellent ambience, comfortable room, and welcoming front desk team, the experience with the breakfast and tea service affected my overall satisfaction. I hope the management will take this feedback constructively and focus on improving the food and beverage service to ensure it matches the hotel’s otherwise excellent standards. Thank you once again to the General Manager, Ms. Swati, and the front desk team for their hospitality. I look forward to a better dining experience during my next visit.

Exceptionally well managed property in Lucknow
Everyone in the Hotel is exceptionally good , Front office specially Shiva , Abhishek and Owais, in Rocca Om Prakash, Avinish, Sachin , Sandeep House keeping manager is outstanding he you know him personally he will help you when he is not even in Property will sort your things in minutes. Asaram and Mahendra in concierge are like superman flying with luggage, overall all the team at Hyatt Regency Lucknow is marvelous

Had a pleasant stay at Hyatt Lucknow.
Experience at Hyatt Lucknow was really very good. The food and beverage section was really very good. Rooms are perfect. The only thing which impacted me was the internet connection. They should have given a good bandwidth speed for the internet connection in their room. They should consider increasing the bandwidth speed of the internet connection for their guests so that it will help them in achieving their business goal for which they are staying in their hotel. Apart from that, I have had a very good, comfortable experience there. Specific mention to Tamanna Jangra, who was really very helpful in packing the breakfast for us in the morning while we were going out for the business trip in Lucknow. She did a commendable job.

I have seen staying there only from last 6 yrs for bs trips , services has been deteriorated . Staff is not really bothered about the experience I had it despite I’m regular client , staff 3 yrs back was very courteous in the service industry what matters is how you make feel customer which is lacking completely now

Super time
I’ve stayed at Hyatt Lucknow multiple times and have always enjoyed the comfortable rooms, courteous staff, and excellent hospitality. Everything about my recent stay was great, and the overall experience remained pleasant and well managed. However, the breakfast spread could be improved. The quality was decent, but based on my previous stays, I have had better-quality food at the hotel. I also expected a wider variety and more thoughtful selection at breakfast. Enhancing both the quality and spread would make the dining experience more consistent with Hyatt’s standards. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning.

Food good rooms clean but reception staff need to be more courteous
All over a comfortable stay. But staff at the reception need to be more courteous and sensitive. Particularly there dealing with lost and found items showed complete lack of sensitivity to guest’s worries. That was absolutely unacceptable.

Amazing Experience
I had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Lucknow. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and has a very welcoming ambience. What truly stood out for me was the warmth and professionalism of the hotel staff. Everyone I interacted with was courteous, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The overall service was smooth and efficient, but it was the behaviour and hospitality of the staff that made my stay particularly pleasant. A special mention to Mr. Amit, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. His personal attention, warm nature, and willingness to help made a real difference. It is people like him who make guests feel valued and welcomed. Overall, a great experience at Hyatt Lucknow. Excellent cleanliness, courteous staff, attentive service, and genuine hospitality. Lobby is under renovation - didn't let me know when booking on the app. As a result the dinner and breakfast is cramped and in the same restaurant with long lines and limited seating.

A Memorable Stay of Warm Hospitality and Sumptuous Delicacies
On my request to Mr. Om Prakash, the chefs kindly prepared palak for me for four days—served as a buffet on two days and à la carte on the other two. I am happy to share that my ulcers healed, and I am deeply grateful for the care and consideration shown by the entire team. A special word of appreciation for Taushree, Shayira, and Wahida, who were always polite, courteous, and well-mannered. My heartfelt thanks to Swami Sharan, Anil, and Sagar as well for their warm hospitality and personal attention. And as for the food and the legendary hospitality of Lucknow—calling it merely a “meal” would be an injustice. The only appropriate description is a **sumptuous repast**. In all my years since arriving on this planet, I have never before tasted such exquisite and sumptuous delicacies! Thank you all for making my stay so comfortable, memorable, and delicious.
