City Tax

Mandatory in Lisbon for all guests to be paid locally in the hotel upon check-in or checkout.

€4 per adult / per day - until maximum of 7 nights.

Children 12 and below are excluded from this charge.

Check-In / Checkout Time

Check-in: 3 p.m.

Checkout: noon 

All guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. Upon arrival at the hotel, baggage may be checked for those arriving early and rooms are unavailable. 

Thermal Oasis and Indoor Pool

The indoor pool and the Thermal Oasis are located at Serenity Spa. Access is available at an additional cost, and entry is allowed for guests 16 years old and above. 

Pet Policy

The hotel does not allow pets except for service animals.
