Destination Fee

A daily destination fee of $30.00 (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities, which enhance the guest experience. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

  • Coloring Books and Crayons are available for Kid's activites
  • Buy One Ticket Get One Free at the Laugh Factory (located across the street)
  • 20% discount at Harbor Cruise or Whale Watching at Harbor Breeze Yacht Charters and Cruises
  • 10% discount at Parker’s Lighthouse
  • 10% discount at Queensview Steakhouse Restaurants located in Shoreline Village

Pet Policy

We welcome furry companions at our Long Beach hotel. Please read our pet-friendly policy carefully to make sure we can accommodate your pet. Pet fees are subject to occupancy tax.

Reservations that include dogs must be made at least three days in advance of arrival.

Dogs are not allowed in public areas such as restaurants, pools and golf courses, but there are locations available for families dining with their companion.

Dogs must be walked in the designated area.

Owners must clean up after their dogs.

Dogs must be settled by 10 p.m.

If these procedures are not followed, the manager on duty may contact the guest regarding noise complaints and provide kennel options.

The owner will be asked to complete our hotel’s pet-friendly letter and provide a phone number in order to locate guest in the event of an emergency.

If there is no answer or reply, the dog will be moved to an approved local kennel.

Owners should contact housekeeping to arrange a daily cleaning time; otherwise the room will not be serviced.

The dog may not remain in the room while housekeeping is providing service.

The owner is responsible for all damage to hotel property.

The hotel does not assume liability for a guest’s pet or its action while at the hotel.

Dogs may not be left unattended in a guest room or other areas of the hotel.

Dogs must be leashed in public areas of the hotel.

The pet fee does not apply toward service animals.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cats.

*We welcome guests with disabilities traveling with their service animals. Service animals are not pets and are not subject to this Pet Policy. For more information, please contact the hotel.

Hotel Package Policy

Only prepaid packages with a return address will be accepted.

The hotel will not contact the shipper if a package is refused.

Handling fees apply:

  • $10.00 per box
  • $25.00 per case
  • $125.00 per pallet
  • Additional storage fees may apply for packages arriving more than 3 days before the guest's stay.

The hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Unclaimed packages will be discarded after 30 days.

Smoke and Vape-Free

Hyatt Regency Long Beach is a completely smoke and vape-free property, including the guest room. Smoking and vaping are permitted in designated smoking areas only, located outside the front entrance of the hotel. In the event it is determined that smoking or vaping took place inside a guest room, a daily smoking fee of $250 will be placed on the folio of the registered guest at management’s discretion.
