Fantastic location
A great hotel in an amazing location. Perfect for families with both young and old. Staff here are absolutely brilliant l, especially Farhan in housekeeping. There are some signs of age in the hotel rooms but these can be easily remedied by Hyatt. I'd highly recommend based on location alone and will definitely be considering booking again!

stay away if your going to book triplet
If your going to book a triple room expect cheap welcome, in your room u will find ikea bed all wires going into your back. Far from luxury . I went there to perform Umrah i went in reception to argue instead. The girls in reception are ignorant and helpless. After speaking with manager they changed my room to triple beds than the room was tiny , I felt i paid high price for below average treat.

Very close to the Kabah. Great spacious rooms. Excellent services from all staff. Amazing breakfast service. Will be looking to book again on the next trip.

Excellent location for Hajj and Umrah
Superb location for Hajj or Umrah. Very near to gate 79. Cross the road and you are on the mataaf. Breakfast options is five star.

I would like to recognize the front desk, housekeeping, and security teams for their excellent service. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, the housekeeping team kept the room clean and comfortable, and the security guards were courteous and attentive. Hyatt is rated 100/10 for me
Hyatt Regency Jabal Omar is thee best. Staff were always helpful, rooms are lovely and clean..our cleaner Shimon went out of his way to make us feel really comfortable, 'Ala always had a smile when he welcomed us for breakfast, the short girl with glasses at reception helped us get an early check in as she saw we were exhausted from our travels.. this hotel serves the best breakfast ever. I really really wish I could come back soon

An Exceptional Stay at Hyatt Regency Makkah
I had an excellent stay at Hyatt Regency Makkah and was very impressed with the overall experience. The hotel has a great location, comfortable and clean rooms, excellent facilities, and outstanding service. What impressed me most was the hotel staff. They were very professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel comfortable. The breakfast restaurant team was particularly excellent, and the housekeeping team did a great job keeping the room exceptionally clean and well maintained. The food quality and variety were also very good, and the overall organization and level of service exceeded my expectations. As a World of Hyatt member, I was very pleased with my experience and would definitely consider staying here again. I would happily recommend this hotel to my friends and family, especially for its excellent location, hospitality, cleanliness, and high level of service. The only minor issue I noticed was the presence of some flies around the reception area. It was a very small issue compared with the many positive aspects of the hotel, but I believe paying a little more attention to this would make the experience even better. Overall, I had a wonderful and memorable stay, and I would definitely recommend Hyatt Regency Makkah to others

Definately a hotel that I would stay at again if I perform Umrah in the near future Inshaa Allah. Everything at the hotel was up to standar.

Great Stay, Excellent Staff, Minor Bellboy Service Issue
Overall, we had an excellent stay and were very satisfied with the hotel, service, and staff. The housekeeping staff, especially Mr. Alam, was very kind, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay. The restaurant staff were also very courteous, attentive, and provided very good service. The only issue we faced was at the time of departure. I called reception twice for a bellboy, but unfortunately no one came. Since I was in a hurry, I had to take my luggage down myself. I hope the hotel can improve the response time for bellboy service. Apart from this one incident, everything else was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay. I would be happy to stay here again.

Exceptional
Everything about our stay at Hyatt Regency was exceptional. Manager Abdullah Almalki was very professional and accomodating. And the manager in charge of the dinning hall was also very helpful. Abdul Rehman and Shareef one of the best cleaners I've come across. Because of the competency of the staff our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed a lot.

Good location, great experience.
Great location - 5 minutes walking to Umrah Gate/79. Room is spacious. Bathroom is spacious. Electrical device controls are excellent. Very clean. 8 lifts to serve the 19 floors - no long wait. Private and quiet atmosphere. Very helpful and attentive staff. Highly recommended.

A very pleasant stay and great experience
Location is great, only a couple minutes walk to the haram. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, special thanks and appreciation for the kindness and efficiency of Mr. Alam Dulal from the 7th-floor housekeeping staff. Check-in and check-out were very efficient and quick. Hotel staff kept our luggage safe until late evening. The food court is within the building with many different eating options. Overall, a very pleasant stay and great experience.

Loved Hyatt Regency and would stay again.
We arrived late, at midnight, with an imperfect booking. The reception staff and night manager went far and beyond to make things right for us. They were great people. Housekeeping staff Mr Musharraf and his manager Hassan were also very helpful. Making our stay memorable. Best place to stay near Haram and probably would choose Hyatt again.
