The hotel does not allow pets except for service animals.

• The hotel will notify the guest that the reservation was made with an invalid credit card, and if the hotel does not get a response from the guest within 24 hours, the hotel reserves the right to reject or cancel the reservation.
• All credit cards used for pre-payment or on-site payments must be in the guest's name, and the same card must be shown for verification at check-in. If the guest is not the cardholder or the credit card used cannot be shown at the time of check-in, additional payment arrangements must be made. Without the presence of a credit card and the cardholder's authorization, the hotel will not honor any past (prepayments, deposits, etc.) or future payments. The hotel maintains the right to refuse the booking if these standards are not met.
• Children are between the ages of 0 to 10. Any guest 11 years of age or older will be considered an adult.
• Rooms can accommodate up to 4 people, with a maximum of 3 children. The first 2 children stay free on same sharing bed, but if guest require extra bed for their children then there will be extra bed charges will apply.
• During Ramadan, there will be no club entrance, and club rooms will be sold at standard rates.
• Parking is paid on-site and not managed by the hotel. The nearest free parking is at Alrusiafah Parking / Kudai Parking / Maskhoutah Car Parking.
• We would like to inform our esteemed guests that the relevant authorities have announced the closure of Prince Mohammed bin Salman Road (Um Al-Qura) in both directions leading to Almasjid Alharam. Therefore, we urge our esteemed guests to use alternative routes to ensure their easy and safe arrival.
