As a former Hyatt Globalist, Hyatt Regency is the best hotel in downtown Jacksonville hands down. Everywhere you walk in the hotel, you're always greeted with a smile. That is something that goes a long way these days and its almost forgotten at times. Everything is within walking distance and that's better than traveling 25 miles back home after a night on the town. Room service was awesome and William at the bar was like a friend you always knew exchanging military stories. Shout out to Nezzy at front desk for taking care of my reservation. We will be back very soon!!
