Amazing Stay!
The Hyatt Regency has a wonderful staff that will make you feel welcomed. The room was very comfortable with a great view of the river. The night view of the bridge was so relaxing and made for some great pictures as well. Definitely looking forward to my next stay when I return to Jacksonville.

Decent and clean
The Hyatt Riverfront was very clean and well maintained. There is a cost of parking when you stay there, and no breakfast provided. The rooms were decent and clean. The hotel staff was very accommodating and kind.

Well worth the stay!
This hotel is such a vibe! We enjoyed the atmosphere upon arrival and only wish we had more time to stay. It was a great central location to walk to great local restaurants and right down from our concert venue.

Not worth the price
Arrived and couldn’t get in due to how many bikes and Ubers parked up front. Front desk associate couldn’t find my Hyatt number (even though I later found it using the same email given), was place at the very back of the hotel when the reservation was made 5 months to avoid “the back of the room” and was told I’d have to pay for a late check because my Hyatt number couldn’t be found. Employee later at night who assisted me, at least spoke to the manager and helped with the time change. Hotel is dated, shower pressure is pitiful, and a couple get 3 pillows.

Great Hotel, Great Service, Friendly Staff
Wonderful service, and you always see interesting people at the Hyatt. I appreciate the room, the quiet, and the comfort. From arrival to departure, the staff were helpful, friendly and knew how to address my questions. The rate was reasonable, the stay was great. Business travel was easy, good rest and great view of Jacksonville!

Truly Exceptional
Of course, the location is stellar and the property is amazing — it’s the Hyatt standard! Although, we do have to shout out the exceptional employees in every single dept who truly go above and beyond! Their kindness, attentiveness, genuineness, and dedication to outstanding customer service set them apart big time—an absolute pleasure! Disappointing Experience, Poor Service, and Serious Valet Security Concerns
I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville for a conference, and unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Trying to reach the hotel by phone was frustrating. Calls frequently went unanswered, requiring repeated attempts to reach someone. The conference food was also well below expectations. Breakfast included stale muffins and bagels with very limited choices, while lunch was bland and tasteless. On a positive note, our dinner waiter provided excellent service. The valet parking service was particularly disappointing. The app provided to request your vehicle was not working, and retrieving cars routinely took an excessive amount of time, often 30 to 45 minutes. However, the most disturbing issue occurred when my vehicle was returned and I discovered multiple items missing, including all the change from the center console, emergency cash that had been tucked away, a roadside assistance kit, and a portable jump starter. I reported the incident to the hotel and was referred to the manager of the outsourced valet service, who indicated he would look into the matter. While I understand the valet operation is outsourced, Hyatt still has a responsibility to ensure that the services offered to its guests are reliable and secure. Guests should be able to trust that their vehicles and personal belongings are safe when using a hotel's valet service. Between the difficulty reaching hotel staff, subpar conference food, malfunctioning valet app, excessive wait times, and most importantly, the missing belongings from my vehicle, this experience fell far below what I would expect from a Hyatt property. I would not recommend this hotel, particularly to anyone attending a conference or planning to use the valet service. The security concerns alone are enough to prevent me from returning.

Great location, nice rooms, conference facilities and restaurants. This Hyatt is big enough for a conference, but the layout is efficient.

Avoid this property
Room stunk of mold and mildew. Very little to do around the hotel. Food was overall not very good. Carpet was wet and temperature in the room was set low so the mildew stink did not overwhelm. This did not matter as waking we were all getting sick and definitely congested.

Wonderful
My stay here was wonderful. I loved the location, with a great view right on the water. The hotel and the rooms were impeccably clean. I had everything I needed in my room for the duration of my stay. Shout out to Vivian at the front desk! She is an angel. I am so grateful for her! After an early morning flight, she allowed me to check-in early and upgrade my room. I was very grateful to be able to rest and freshen up before my conferences, instead of having to wait until the normal check-in time at 4 pm. She also put me on the 17th floor with Club Room access, which allowed me to experience great lounge areas for working when needed and access to wonderful food and beverage throughout the day. This added so much value to my stay. All the staff I met were incredibly kind and accommodating. Thank you Vivian, for making my trip better than expected!

Great Stay
I was only at the hotel for two days but the experience was wonderful. The seminar I attended was flawless, the food was delicious, and the staff was supper helpful with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. This is definitely a hotel I will come back to for vacation and to just relax!!

Not what I was expecting from a Hyatt property.
The parking situation was horrible so we valleted and it took forever. The beds seemed very cheap and uncomfortable. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and had to run the water for 10 minutes to get hot water.

Outdated Hotel - Needs Updating
This hotel needs some serious updating. I expected a lot more from a Hyatt; however, it appears their standard may have dropped. The check in process was not working. Supposedly a computer issue. That would have been fine had the room not been dirty, smelly and seriously outdated. Looked like the bathroom had a photo or something on the wall that had been ripped off because it was just exposed bolts sticking out, the A/C cover was partially open and hanging off the wall and their were stains all over the desk that had not been cleaned. A city view was not a city view at all but rather a view of the roof and walls. Serious updating and cleaning is needed for this hotel.

Great location, amazing view, showing some age.
This hotel is in a great location, with a great view. The hotel has a nice lobby, main floor, restaurant and bar. The front desk check-in staff was amazing. However, our guest room floor (12th floor) could really benefit from a refresh. The carpet is really starting to get dated and several of the lower outlets and USB jacks were not working. Also, the parking garage has incredibly small parking spots. Lastly it was upsetting that the garage sold parking spaces to nearby concert goers leaving no spaces available for those of us who had already been charged for parking for the duration of our stay. We ended up having to park in the grass lot behind the hotel.
