Pet Policy
Your dog is welcome to explore Baytown with you at our pet-friendly hotel. We ask that you inform the hotel about adding a pet to your stay at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival.
Fees: $100 per stay, up to five nights
Weight Limits: One dog weighing 75 pounds or less per room
Pets must be registered with the front desk and are not allowed to be left unattended in your hotel room.
A welcome packet, provided at check-in, will list complete details of our pet rules and regulations.
Pet-friendly hotel rooms are normally located on ground floors, in specific pet-friendly areas of the hotel.
Non-ADA service animals are not allowed in restaurants, pool area or event spaces.
*We welcome guests with disabilities traveling with their service animals. ADA service animals are not pets and are not subject to this Pet Policy. Emotional support animals are not ADA service animals, and as such will be considered regular pets. For more information, please contact the hotel.
Payment Methods
CASH FREE - Please note that this hotel only accepts credit cards, debit cards and, where applicable, other contactless forms of payment. It is a cash-free environment.
No Outside Food and Beverages
For the comfort and convenience of all guests, outside food and beverages are not permitted in the common areas, including the Pool, Bayland Lounge, and Convention Center. We offer a variety of dining options available through our on-site outlets, ensuring that you have plenty of choices during your stay. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
For your convenience, our Front Office will gladly accept and hold food deliveries (such as pizza, Uber Eats, etc.) for consumption in your guest room.

All packages being shipped to the property must follow the correct address label standards:

Schedule your shipment(s) to arrive four days prior to the event start date to avoid additional storage fees. Use the name of the recipient who will be onsite to receive and sign for the package(s). Please do not address shipments using property employee names, unless the items are specifically for their use (e.g., hotel specifications, rooming lists or signed documents).
If a package has not been picked up by the recipient and no contact information is provided, the package will be returned to the sender, who will be responsible for all additional shipping fees. For more information on package handling, contact our hotel front desk at +1 281 987 1234.
Upon Your Arrival: Packages will be available for pickup at front desk; a handling fee will apply. Packages, pallets, crates, display cases and other heavier items may be scheduled for delivery by contacting our staff; a delivery fee will apply. Package deliveries should only be scheduled after the recipient has completed check-in. Hotel requires the package recipient’s signature before a package can be released. Release signatures are captured at the time of package pickup or package delivery to the recipient.
Upon Your Departure: The hotel offers packaging supplies, such as boxes, tape, etc. All outbound packages must have a completed carrier airbill affixed to each package. FedEx is the hotel’s preferred vendor; outbound packages and freight to be picked up by a third-party courier should be coordinated directly with those vendors; and communication should be sent to the hotel front desk, indicating when those items will be picked up. The hotel will not make arrangements for freight or third-party courier transportation and/or pickup. Outbound handling fees will be applied to all packages and freight regardless of carrier, in addition to shipping/transportation fees.
Rollaway Beds
Rollaway beds are not allowed in guest rooms with two beds and are subject to availability. A $10 per night rental fee applies.
