Hospitality with a difference
The Hyatt Regency Meikles in Harare is an Oasis in the middle of a concrete jungle. The moment you step into the hotel, you are transported to another "universe", it so tranquil and very welcoming. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are very big and clean, everything works. I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Meikles.

good team work to the whole crew
the rooms are extremely clean and the food was very delicious , l recall eating the african dish of oxtail and rice , it was well cooked and very nice . l also think you should add more variety, on sea food dishes, l wanted prawns but l didnt see them on the list

Poor diner experience
Old section is showing it age and the new wing is not yet complete and there are no rooms in that wing available. The lobby has been redone and they have lost the feel of old Harare....( we have stayed at the Meikle many times in the past) ...t's now shiny marble.....much like any other new upscale hotel. The reception staff was very good as was most staff. The breakfast and lunch buffet is very good, but diner is another matter. Our service was very poor or nonexistent.....my wife order the hamburger patty that was so tough that it couldn't be cut....I order a salad that was OK...we ordered one bowl cream....all that took an hour and a half and we never got the ice-cream or the bill before getting up and walking out. Menu selection is limited. You're taking your chances at diner.

Satisfaction
The food was spectacular and fresh at all times. The workers were friendly and helpful. The conferance that I came for, which was hosted at your hotel was a big success. The hospitality of the workers here is very good and professional. The cleanliness of the hotel is super.

Friendly staff
This was my second time visiting, The staff are great, from the porters, front office, resturant , housekeeping. Amazing experience, great staff who are very well trained and so friendly! I love how beautiful they have made the reception area look as well as the resturant. The rooms are not so bad but maybe require abit of an upgrade, but they are super clean and well taken care of.

Best stay ever
Excellent upgraded facility. Enjoyed my stay and look forward to visit again to enjoy the rooftop pool and other facilities. Great improvement indeed. Will tell everyone to visit Hsrare, the city that never sleeps indeed. The upgrades are exceptional compared to my last visit few years ago.

comfortable and fabulous stay
If you are looking for a luxurious and hassle-free stay in Harare, look no further than the Hyatt regency. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. And when you get there, don't miss the hotel's signature ADD restaurant which I think is spacious, provides privacy and excellent cuisine. Also, the location is convenient

Great experience
Staff are friendly and the service is always fanatastic. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. The amenities are great and the restaurant and lobby area modern and aesthetically pleasing. Great to experience an updated hotel in the heart of Harare

Home away from home
Good facilities and courteous and friendly service makes it a facility to visit frequently!! Keep up the good standards!! Special mentiom about quality of house keeping and cleanliness. Location being another big plus for this hotel!!!

The Gem in Harare
A gem in the middle of Harare. Beautiful views across the park with the jacarandas in full bloom, what a site to wake up to each day. The staff are some of the best in the world, ever smiling, ever present, anticipating our needs. The restaurant had the most amazing options, an authentic African feel and great staff. Great value for money!
