Destination Fee Policy
Our packages and pricing fluctuate depending on availability and demand at any given time. All prices include VAT.
Advance Purchase or Promotional Rates Policy
Advance Purchase or Promotional Rates are fully prepaid at time of Booking. Advance Purchase Rates are non-refundable and non-transferable. The credit/debit card used to book the Advance Purchase Rate must be presented to reception on arrival at the Hotel.
Booking Information Policy
When you make your booking you will be asked to guarantee your booking with a valid debit/credit card if booked on Best Available Rate, or to prepay if booked on our Advance Purchase or Promotional Rates.
We accept cash, bank transfers, Mastercard and Visa payments.
On arrival you will be asked to produce a valid credit card for the Hotel to take pre-authorization for any extras during your stay. This payment is refundable if not used.
Prior to your departure from the Hotel you will be required to settle your bill in full.
Guest Cancellations and Amendments Policy
Guest cancellations
Cancellations can either be in writing or call. A cancellation fee for one night’s accommodation will apply if accommodation is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the booked arrival date. In the event of a no-show or should you not arrive on the stated arrival date, one night’s accommodation may be charged. We recommend that you take out suitable travel insurance at the time of booking in case of the eventuality of cancellation.
Without notification of cancellation, the full amount will be charged.
Peak and Seasonal Cancellations
At certain times throughout the year, we may vary our cancellation and deposit policy. The reservations team will inform you of this at the point of booking.
Amendments
Postponements or significant amendments to bookings should be confirmed no later than 24hours prior to arrival. If amendments are made within 24hours of the arrival date, our standard cancellation policy applies unless we are able to re-let the room.
Damage Policy
We reserve the right, and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing or damaged when you leave.
Arrival and Departure Policy
Hotel rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival, check-out is at 11am on the day of departure, unless otherwise sanctioned at the discretion of the Hotel manager. These times may be varied from time to time at the Hotel’s discretion. In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, at the time of check-in, guests may be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking reference and their passport/identity card/driving license.
