Quiet oasis
Hotel was beautiful, outside of the bustle of Cairo. A relaxing environment. The room was spacious, had a regency executive suite for three girls, plenty of room for the extra bed and 1 and 1/2 baths made it convenient. Breakfast offerings were huge, never go hungry, from typical breakfast fare to European savory fare as well. Staff attentive.

Awesome Hotel!
Super friendly staff, all trying their best to make your stay enjoyable. Clean rooms, great mix of American and Arabic TV channels, fruit plate in the room was refreshing, overall 17 out of 10

This hotel is beautiful, from the lobby to the pool area, breakfast and room. They made my sons 7th birthday super special with a cake, balloons and pillowcase. 1000% recommend this hotel. Service was amazing.

Excellent Experience
The property is a bit further away from the Giza Pyramids than other properties, however, being a newer property, you have the most modern and upscale experience. I've stayed at Hyatt in the US and this property is even better than anything I've experienced. The staff was friendly, warm and knew the importance of being attentive. I ordered room service and the food was brought into the room promptly. The bed was comfortable, and a complementary food try was ready in the room. We enjoyed a complementary upgraded suite with a pool view. I cannot thank the staff and bell man for their service.

Unfortunately, the odor of cigarette smoke permeated the hotel, including our room.
The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel well looked after. The hotel was clean and spotless throughout. However, our room had a noticeable cigarette smoke odor, and the smell of smoke was present in many areas of the hotel because smoking was permitted indoors. In addition, the air conditioner in our room was very loud, which made it difficult to sleep through the night, especially if you're sensitive to noise. Overall, while the cleanliness and service were excellent, the indoor smoking and noisy air conditioning detracted from our stay.

Relaxing Luxurious
Once I had a deluxe room but this time I was as accommodated on a beautiful suite Both were luxurious and fulfilled my needs

Ideal location for a great traveler's experience
Excellent experience at Hyatt Regency Cairo West. Remarquable location nearby the newly open Grand Museum, the Pyramids and the site of Giza. The hotel is also located very close to fantastic shopping malls and close to the motorway going north to Alexandria, which makes it ideal for business travelers. The hotel infrastructure is stylish, super well maintained. The hotel team make you feel important at every moment, in particular the guest relation team. Very good restaurants and bars and beautiful outdoor pools. Great spa. I strongly recommend.

Amazing stay. Hotel is clean, staff are friendly, and close to the main pyramids area but with enough privacy to not feel the chaos of the city. Try the Barrahcos restaurant, it is michelin star deserving!

Hyatt Regency Cairo West is a GEM of Egypt!
I had a fantastic stay and I’m extremely impressed with the property and the team. The hotel itself is very stylish and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the pyramid views are truly special. I was also extremely grateful for the suite upgrade as a Globalist — that was a very kind gesture and made the stay even more memorable. The staff has been wonderful throughout my stay. Everyone has been welcoming, helpful, and professional, and it’s clear that great service is a priority at the hotel. The pool area and the overall property are absolutely stunning. The lobby is gorgeous and makes a fantastic first impression when you arrive. I love the onsite dining options and the Piano in the main lobby! It was also GREAT to have a Starbucks onsite. I was also extremely impressed with the club lounge — it is one of the best lounges I have experienced. The food and drink options are excellent, and I especially enjoyed the pizza, salads, and the variety of other offerings. I also love that it is open till 10PM. The gym is also excellent with top-notch equipment, which is always appreciated during longer trips. Breakfast and the on-site dining options have been consistently very good as well. Another big plus is the location. The property feels extremely safe and secure with the double-gated entrance, while still being only about 10 minutes from the Pyramids and the new Grand Egyptian Museum. I am SO IMPRESSED!!!!!

Lovely stay in Regency
We were very satisfied with our visit in Regency Cairo West. Our standard room was actually quite large, very clean and the minibar well stocked with various snacks. The staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel interior and garden/terrace were aesthetically pleasing. As we sat at the bar one evening, there was a lovely music show adding to the atmospehere. Thanks to being located in Pyramid Heights district, the immediate surroundings are clear of the usual crowds and hassle of the capital. It's also close to Giza Plateau and the Grand Egyptian Museum. We used it primarily as a base for day trips to the attractions of Giza, Sakkara, Dahshur, Memphis and Cairo.

Great stay at Hyatt Regency Cairo West
Excellent stay at Hyatt Regency Cairo West, short ride to the GEM museum and Giza pyramids. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning and evening snacks in the club. Hotel is pristine and very clean, great staff.

GREAT location and GREAT staff!
This is the best hotel to visit the GEM and Giza pyramids as it avoids all the traffic in central cairo. The hotel has great facilities and locations is in a very safe and newly developed area. They have scheduled shuttles to the Great Egyptian Museum which made the visit very easy and enjoyable. Staff is really professional, attentive and with lots of attention to details. I explained that I was visiting with my 85 year old mother and they upgraded me to a bigger suite so we both have a lot more privacy in the room.

Superb and Memorable stay at the Hyatt Regency West Cairo
Excellent Hotel, Comfortable and clean rooms, staff is super friendly specially Ms. Mailman, Ms. Madonna and Mr. Ibrahim Bakr. Location is perfect for tourists wishing to visit the Pyramids of Giza and the New Egyptian Museum. Very good dining and shopping venues located 10 minutes distance from the hotel by car.

Try to find a better place
The room is clean, the location is far away from the center of Cairo, they try to make you pay money for everything, nothing is included in your rate.
