Pet Policy
We are pleased to welcome small dogs to our hotel. To ensure the comfort, safety and well-being of all guests, kindly note the following:
- Only small dogs are permitted (no other pets allowed). A maximum of 1 dog per room is permitted, unless otherwise approved by management.
- A pet fee may apply per stay, to cover additional cleaning and sanitation.
- Dogs must be in good health, fully vaccinated, and free of fleas or parasites. The hotel may request proof of up-to-date vaccinations.
- Dogs are not allowed in indoor restaurants, bars, spa, fitness areas, pool and kids’ club. Access to certain outdoor F&B areas may be allowed at the hotel’s discretion.
- Dogs must be on a leash or in a carrier in all public areas and never left unattended in the room or hotel premises.
- Housekeeping will only service a room if the dog is not present or is safely secured in a carrier or with the owner in the room.
- Should a dog cause noise disturbance or discomfort to other guests, the hotel may require the pet to be removed from the property.
- Any damage, excessive dirt, stains, odors, or deep cleaning required due to the pet’s stay will be charged directly to the guest.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse, decline or exclude any pet that may cause disturbance, appears aggressive, is not properly trained, or does not comply with the above conditions.
