Pet Policy

We are pleased to welcome small dogs to our hotel. To ensure the comfort, safety and well-being of all guests, kindly note the following: Only small dogs are permitted (no other pets allowed). A maximum of 1 dog per room is permitted, unless otherwise approved by management. A pet fee may apply per stay, to cover additional cleaning and sanitation. Dogs must be in good health, fully vaccinated, and free of fleas or parasites. The hotel may request proof of up-to-date vaccinations. Dogs are not allowed in indoor restaurants, bars, spa, fitness areas, pool and kids’ club. Access to certain outdoor F&B areas may be allowed at the hotel’s discretion. Dogs must be on a leash or in a carrier in all public areas and never left unattended in the room or hotel premises. Housekeeping will only service a room if the dog is not present or is safely secured in a carrier or with the owner in the room. Should a dog cause noise disturbance or discomfort to other guests, the hotel may require the pet to be removed from the property. Any damage, excessive dirt, stains, odors, or deep cleaning required due to the pet’s stay will be charged directly to the guest. The hotel reserves the right to refuse, decline or exclude any pet that may cause disturbance, appears aggressive, is not properly trained, or does not comply with the above conditions.
