Excellent location with amazing staff. Clean rooms and excellent service. Niso at the breakfast, Yakub and Dilnoza at the reception and Bobo at the Bar were amazing people.

Outstanding Service When I Needed It Most
I had an excellent stay at Hyatt Regency Dushanbe. A special thank you to Timur Chebanov, Director of Sales and Marketing, who truly made the impossible possible. Despite the hotel being fully packed because of an event and my booking request coming at very short notice, he somehow managed to find me a room. I sincerely appreciated his kindness, professionalism and willingness to help. The whole experience was outstanding. From the reception team to the restaurant staff and housekeeping, everyone was welcoming, attentive and genuinely professional. The service was smooth, the atmosphere was pleasant and every detail made the stay comfortable. Hyatt Regency Dushanbe is a hotel where you really feel taken care of. I am very grateful to the entire team and would happily stay there again.

Best hotel in the universe!!!
The staff went so above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and cared for. I’ll never forget my experience here at this hotel. We had planned on staying for just a few days but we decided to extend our stay again and again because we never wanted to leave! We ended up spending almost a month here! One day I was so sick that I needed to go to the hospital and the hotel arranged everything for me and even accompanied me for my entire hospital stay to help translate and ease the process while I was ill. They really made us feel like family, loving and caring. Everyone was so genuinely kind, it truly touched our hearts. Best hotel in the universe!!!!

Excellent customer service.
Hotel is located very strategically. Getting the taxi was not an issue. Staff at this location is excellent. They went out of their way to help which was very helpful. Laundry service was very good. Rooms at this location are big and well maintained. Noise level was excellent. Sauna, swimming pool was good. Management team at the hotel understands customer service and did a great job. I would consider staying here again.

Ecellent environment. Beside of this hotel, the palace is located and surrounded a beautiful lake. I was fully enjoyed.

A third stay in this calendar year and I will be coming back again soon
With each stay the staff of this hotel making me feel at home and I want to come back as soon s possible. This is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed, probably I had made a similar comments before as well. it is rare to find 10/10 in a hotel, here the entire staff works as a team and provide the guests the best of their experience. Such helpful and efficient staff, they know their jobs well, very well trained. The location of the hotel is great with walking distance from the tourist destinations and the lake beside it.
Rest and Relaxation
The staff is always polite, hospitable, and kind. Local Resident rates available. We go as a mini vacation without leaving the city. Rooms are fantastic. Our Regency Suite had plenty of room for our family of 6. The pool is a favorite for the kids. Always a nice respite in the city.

hotel in great location for sightseeing
Good hotel in a great location: Modern facilities and multiple restaurants. WiFi throughout the hotel is spotty, at best. I needed a router in my room to get access. Asian menu was unavailable at the restaurant on some days. Note that it’s a public gym so it gets crowded.

A wonderful experience in Dushanbe... will be staying repeatedly here
The location of the hotel is one of the best in Dushanbe, it has stunning views from the room. The quality and size of the rooms are the best, very spacious rooms, large bathrooms and very well spaced corridors and the lobby. I cannot think of any improvement areas to mention, so let me say a few good things your staff have been doing to meet the guests satisfaction. Everyone in the front office were warm and super efficient, so don't want to mention any individual, all of them were great. The housekeeping staff were very efficient and the rooms were cleaned spick and span by refilling all the amenities. The room service and the bar service were equally good, I was made to feel at home every time I had interacted with the team. Great job, keep up the good work. One of the best spa I had experienced here, I visited the swimming pool at least 8 times during my 10 days stay and the timing was perfect, it opens from 6 am till 10 pm. It is well maintained covered and heated pool. The Sauna, Steam, Jacuzzi and the cold splash pool adds to the relaxing experience. Pankaj Shahi, the head chef needs a mention definitely. It's not easy to express in words, what all he did to make me feel home. I had invited a guest for dinner, who was a client and staying out of India for a long time and was craving for Indian food. I had requested Pankaj in the same day morning and then he ensured he got the quality meat for the evening, he had rejected the meat from one vendor and selected the meat from another vendor. The mutton curry he cooked himself was awesome, liked by me and my guest. He made the rotis himself and served us hot food at the dinner table himself, he stayed late than his usual duty period to oversee everything was perfect. My guests satisfaction made my day and I cannot thank you more to Pankaj for this.

Upgraded F&B Menu with Vegetarian option in Dushanbe
I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency Dushanbe and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish of my 2 weeks tour. It was my second tour to this hotel but this time my stay here was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to large part to the unforgettable Indian Cuisine. I highly recommend this holtel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay with world class dining. Kudos to Chef "Pankaj Shahi" and the entire team for making my visit so memorable.

Perfect home away from home for extended stays in Dushanbe
I stayed here for 9 weeks in Summer of 2024. This is a great facility. The staff makes one feel at home. Laundry service was amazing… 9 weeks of almost daily service and not one piece of clothes was lost! Front desk always greeted me with a smile and helpfulness… processing my weekly bills and ordering a taxi. Restaurant staff was always friendly and pleasantly social without interfering. Great “lounge” music in the restaurant allowed for conversations without shouting. Taxi rides to almost any location in Dushanbe was under US $2 from the hotel.
