Guest inclined towards meditation and Buddhism can walk to the Buddhist temple to learn, practice and experience meditation and various Buddhist healing techniques. Venues are Norbulingka Institute, Tsuglakhang Temple, Karmapa Monastery, Men-Tsee-Khang Instiute of Tibetan Medicine and Astro Science and Tibetan Library, per preference of guest. Times available from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. for this chargeable activity; please arrange session in advance.

Tibetan Guided Tour

The resort features a ‘Home Cinema’ with advanced Dolby surround sound and 3D projection. It can accommodate up to 15 persons at one go, delivering an intimate audiovisual experience. Hours: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.

You'll find the library opposite of McLeod & Co. Bakery and Shop. It's a treasure house of books on art, culture, history and literature across numerous areas of interest. Pick any book and enjoy a read.

Guests are encouraged to pick out ingredients they love and stir them up with our chefs to indulge in gastronomic experience like no other, transforming them into personalized culinary masterpieces. This is a paid session and can be organized on request.

Farm to Table & Chef Interaction

For photography enthusiasts, we offer a special guided tour organised by our activity manager. The tour can cover various genres of photography, from Tibetan architecture, nature, birds, night sky and stars. Sessions are scheduled in advance in four- and eight-hour slots. This is a chargeable activity and options will depend on genre and season. Venues include identified landmarks in and around McLeodgunj, Dharamshala and Kangra.

Children can enjoy games and fun activities, along with special buffet meals, in this designated area, allowing parents who are travelling with their kids some free time. Camp Hyatt runs from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.

Guided Nature Walk Trail

Among the most emotive experiences in life, yoga and meditation help you connect with your spirit and replenish your soul. As you rise with the rays of the golden sun and breathe in and out to the tune of birdsong, our trained professionals will guide you through basic yogasanas and meditation techniques, that will shake off that city slumber, energize you for an adventure-filled day ahead and nourish your mind, body and soul for life. This activity at our Zendo or Sedar deck is available 7–9 am daily, but please note timings may change based on the daylight and weather conditions.

Yoga & Meditation

The resort features three single rooms and one couples spa therapy room, along with a wide range of relaxation therapies. Choose from traditional, international and other renowned contemporary massage therapies. Hours for this paid service are 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily at Shanti Spa.

The journey continues with a museum exploration of Tibetan history, and concludes with a visit to the shop, where you can purchase exquisite handicrafts and deepen your connection to Tibetan traditions.

We offer high tea arrangements for guests who wish to enjoy their evening tea amidst nature at tea gardens or sunset point while basking in the panoramic view of the Himalayas during sunset. This activity, from 4–7 p.m. daily, is available upon request and comes with a fee. The venue is a tea estate near Kangra Fort.

Soulfiling Tea Tales Experience, Outdoor

Enjoy this late-afternoon activity showcasing the local ethos while savoring tea, coffee and snacks. Tea is offered from 4–5 p.m. daily, though timing may change depending on the season, and may be served outdoors or indoors depending on weather conditions.
