The hotel offers four restaurants, a bar, and room service.
- Kokaú Restaurant: Breakfast daily from 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM.
- IDR: Breakfast 6:30 AM – 11:00 AM. All Day Menu 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Overnight 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM.
- Kokaú Signature & Bar: Monday to Saturday. Sunset 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Dinner 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
- Amacagua: Open daily 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Sunday’s lunch and dinner 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM.
- Ritual 12 Café: Open daily 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Sunday’s lunch and dinner 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM.

Yes, Hyatt Regency Cartagena is located in front of Bocagrande beaches, next to Bocagrande Shopping Center, and just 8 minutes by car from the Clock Tower and Cartagena’s Historic Center (UNESCO World Heritage). La Bodeguita Pier is only 5 minutes away, where boats depart to the Rosario Islands.

Yes, under specific conditions. Hyatt Regency Cartagena accepts domestic dogs (including emotional support and service animals) under the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 17 kg per pet (up to 2 pets per room, combined maximum weight 22 kg).
- Documentation: Updated vaccination card and veterinary certificate (issued within the last 20 days).
- Restrictions: Pets are not allowed in restaurants, spa, gym, meeting rooms, or pools.
Supervision: Pets must always be under control with leash, harness, or carrier. They cannot be left alone in the room.
