  • A wonderful place to stay in Cologne!

    Beautiful hotel with unbelievable views of the river and the Dom! Loved the offerings in the lounge. Staff were so helpful as well. A five-star experience!

  • Luxurious but still family friendly

    A great hotel with lovely facilities. It sits right on the river across from the cathedral so has a great view. Quick (and pleasant) walk from hotel across the bridge to the centre of town. We received 20 Euros at check in to spend in the bar which was a lovely touch. The spa, pool and dining/bar were all to a high standard yet they didn't feel unwelcoming for us with a young child. The staff were all very warm and helpful. The room and bathroom were a really good size and everything was spotless. The beds and bedding were also very good quality.

  • Terrible

    It wasn’t just a lack of service mindset — it felt like they had no basic understanding of human decency. I was shocked when they suggested that we could simply check out and switch hotels in the middle of our two-day stay. That level of disregard for the customer’s experience is not only unprofessional, but frankly, appalling.

  • Fantastic Hyatt property for Globalists in Cologne

    Globalist traveling with family - Hyatt Regency Cologne totally exceeded our expectations. Unbelievable view from a corner suite overlooking the Hohenzollern Bridge, Dom cathedral, and the Rhein. For kids, an excellent park and playground sites maybe a 10 minute walk North of the property, and all the great features of Cologne are just across the bridge. Breakfast was excellent quality/variety, and Globalists have access to a pleasant cocktail hour with light food and drink. Staff went above and beyond - special thanks to Isabelle at reception for making our arrival seamless after a long trip in, Luka at the fitness center, and Caroline at the concierge.

  • Amazing place to stay

    We had our best experience. The breakfast was amazing and the spa facilities were also very nice and clean. Will definitely visit again. Even our 7 year daughter had a wonderful experience. The view of cologne cathedral from view was icing on the cake.

  • Great hotel!

    Great hotel, exceeded expectations, very comfortable beds and great bathroom and overall very clean hotel. The staff were extremely helpful whenever we needed assistance Would definitely stay again in the future if I ever visit Cologne again.

  • A must stay

    This is an amazing hotel, incredible location, and most important the most helpful staff. I would highly recommend staying here when in the area. I was there for a concert at the Laxness arena which is a 15min walk. It also has one of the best breakfasts.

  • What a wonderful place

    This has become one of my favorite hotels in Europe, the location, the ambience, the people, the scenery, and above all the recognition of being a globalist. The hotel being so close to the central railway station in Cologne is a very strong point.

  • chapeau, top hotel service.

    very nice hotel, with very comfortable bed, team is very good and give you a special member. the bathroom is okay can be some updated. very works good. We forget us a very nice cardholder with id's , money and cards..... in the room. when we were in our house in Holland, we experied that we can find it... we call the hotel...and you found our cardholder and money and everything and put it in the fualt of the Hotel!!! TOP service they have send it to us.!!!. chapeau! Hyatt hotel Cologne.
