Great ambience and a pleasant stay
The property has a lovely ambience, and the rooms offer a beautiful view, especially if you enjoy looking out over the paddy fields. The swimming pool and gym were well maintained, and the food was delicious. The only disappointment was the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night, which was quite disturbing. Overall, it was a good experience, and we enjoyed our stay. I would like to specifically thank Mr.Karthik and Mr.Prince for their exemplary service

Excellent place for family stay with very friendly and supportive staff. Neatly maintained environment. The swimming pool is kids and family friendly.

A really comfortable stay.
Actually, this is our regular choice when in Thrissur. We find the rooms spacious, ambience excellent and the large campus attractive. It is always a very peaceful stay with practically no noise pollution. Over the last 5-6 years that we have been using the hotel, we find that it has been maintained extremely well. Restaurant food is very good and the service in the restaurant is exemplary. In short, an excellent choice to stay in Thrissur.

Good Stay, but a Disappointing Restaurant Experience
I recently stayed at Hyatt for two days. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was complimentary, and dinner was included as part of my booking. Unfortunately, my experience at the ground-floor restaurant was disappointing and quite disturbing. During breakfast, I requested an item from the live counter through one of the stewards serving our table, but the item was not provided. I did not make an issue of it at the time. However, the same steward’s behaviour during dinner later that evening was much more concerning. When I entered the restaurant, I had already informed the staff of my room number. Yet, in the middle of our dinner, he approached me and questioned whether I was actually staying at the hotel. He checked my room number and then went to the front desk to verify it. What made the situation particularly uncomfortable was that I later noticed him discussing me and my family with other restaurant staff. I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable and had to ask them whether they felt that my family and I were somehow not worthy of having dinner at a five-star hotel. Another steward who was part of the discussion later came to me and apologized for the behaviour. I appreciate the apology, but the incident had already left us quite disturbed. If verification was required, it could have been handled discreetly and respectfully without making guests feel judged or unwelcome. That said, I would like to appreciate Prasool and Karn for their excellent service. They were courteous, attentive, and made us feel welcome. Overall, the room and accommodation were good, and there were staff members who provided excellent hospitality. Unfortunately, the incident at the restaurant significantly affected our overall experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that guests are treated with the dignity and respect expected at a five-star hotel.

Pleasant Stay at Hyatt thrissur.
Again a warm and happy experience at Hyatt Thrissur , no need to explain their cleanliness and food , it's always top notch . The real difference I see is the behaviour of the staffs , they are exceptional and very professional. Few names to be specifically mentioned as they are really doing great even with the high pressure working environment. RISVANA from the Restaurant - as always smiling and helping her best. Chef Prasool Chef sanjay chef amal Thanks to great food chefs. Arya - She prepared special tea for us and always pleasant. Thanks to sourav,amit,subhra,eby as well for all the help. Henin from the reception for helping check in process. Again my request to the management, please take care of these great staffs as their well being so important, as they are happy automatically the customers also will be happy , so please do the needful for them.

Had a wonderful experience visiting Hyatt Regency Thrissur. The property is beautiful, elegant, and exceptionally well maintained. The ambience, hospitality, cleanliness, and overall service were truly impressive. The staff were courteous, professional, and welcoming, making our visit even more pleasant. A perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and excellent hospitality. A special thanks to Risvana, who was incredibly helpful during breakfast. She took such wonderful care of my 1-year-old daughter, Nihaarah, allowing us to enjoy our breakfast comfortably. Usually, my baby does not easily go with others, but she felt comfortable with Risvana, which truly showed her warmth and caring nature. We sincerely appreciate her kindness and support. Unpleasant Stay
One of the most disappointing experiences during my stay occurred when I tried to use the in-room telephone to order dinner. Despite making several attempts, the phone was not functioning. I eventually had to leave my room and use the telephone in the common corridor to contact the front desk and report the issue. The hotel sent a technician to my room, but it quickly became apparent that he was not familiar with the problem or how to resolve it. To make matters worse, he entered my room wearing his dirty outdoor shoes without removing them, which was highly unprofessional and disrespectful of a guest’s room. After spending about 30 minutes unsuccessfully trying to fix the phone, he called a colleague for assistance. Unfortunately, the second technician also entered the room without removing his dirty shoes. After another 20 minutes of troubleshooting, the second technician finally managed to repair the telephone. In total, the entire episode lasted nearly one hour, from around 11:30 p.m. until after midnight, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting what should have been a restful evening. This situation should never have arisen in the first place. A basic in-room facility such as the telephone should have been checked and confirmed to be in proper working condition before the room was allocated to a guest. The lack of quality control, coupled with the unprofessional conduct of the maintenance staff, fell well below the standard expected of a hotel charging premium room rates
