Hotel Policies
Pet Policy
Hyatt Regency Columbus is a dog-friendly hotel. The following policies and charges will apply:
- Only dogs weighing 50 pounds and under are permitted. Two dogs may be allowed in a guestroom, provided that the combined weight of both dogs is less than 75 pounds.
- There will be a $50 charge for stays up to six nights. Any stays seven nights or longer will incur an additional $100 “deep cleaning” fee. Stays of 30 nights or more will incur additional fees at the discretion of the hotel. These fees are nonrefundable.
- Dogs are not allowed in public areas such as the restaurant, fitness center, etc.
- Owner will be required to provide a cellphone number in order to locate them in the event of an emergency.
*We welcome guests with disabilities traveling with their service animals. Service animals are not pets and are not subject to this Pet Policy. For more information, please contact the hotel.
Check-In Policy
Guests checking in to the hotel must be 21 years of age or older.
