Suites are spacious and worth using SUA. I also gave my parents a GoH. Tiffany at the Globalist Front Desk provided excellent service. She was able to upgrade my parents room to a suite with our GoH and they said it was their favorite room during our entire trip. Tiffany made check-in process fast and easy. We enjoyed our stay. My son who works out regularly also found that Hyatt Regency Chongqing has a great gym!

Convenient location, connected to shopping Mall and train station near by. Staff and facilities were amazing. Definitely will be visiting again.

Thank you Tiffany at the front desk help us to cancel our wrongly booked two days at this hotel without any charge. If we do the cancellation ourselves there are som fees involved as it is within 3 days of booking. We intend to book JieFangBei Hyatt Regency, however, for some reason, we booked this GuanYinQiao Hyatt Regency. However, the hotel is very clean and room comfortable, just not close to JieFangBei which we like to stay.

check-in was unprofessional—staff wouldn’t let us keep the paper with breakfast hours, telling us to "take a photo" instead, yet they stuffed our key sleeves with hotel ads. Enduring repeated cleanliness failures day after day is completely intolerable. This property falls far below the standards of the Hyatt brand. I cannot recommend it. severe hygiene issues almost every day

Great rooms ( I had a suite), spacious and well proportioned. Nice bed linens and bathrobes too. Staff very friendly and helpful. The location extremely convenient to all shopping and dining areas. Would stay again.

Many reviews state the hotel was old and not the best choice. However, my experience was good. The hotel is well mantained with good customer services. It met a 5-star hotel standard. I'm glad i chose this hotel for 3 nights for my family.

still one of the better ones in Chongqing, even the facility reduced it's quality quite a bit since my last visit, it's been 3 years without visiting.

Location is good, located in-between GYQ shopping areas and (9 street) night bars/club. 5 mins walk to both yet can enjoy the quietness around hotel. Rooms are clean, except the bathtub water not hot on two of the nights. Staffs are responsive, and efficient. Appreciate the extra mile for birthday decor and cake surprise.

This is my second time staying at Hyatt Regency Chongqing, and once again, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I checked in, the warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm of the staff made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and effortless, and the room was impeccably prepared, reflecting attention to every detail. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful and attentive service provided by the staff at the front desk and in the club lounge. They anticipated my needs and took great care to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. It's clear that everyone here loves their job, and their passion shines through in every interaction. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended!

The hotel location is in the business area, there are plenty restaurants nearby. The food served at breakfast and lounge are high quality and delicious. We wish that we could stay longer than 2 nights to optimize the benefits and experience. We definitely will come back.

Stayed here for 10 days and was very happy with the staff service quality. They were helping me in using China App like Wechat, Taoboa and Baitu Map. They also took the extra mile to ensure my need are satisfied and goes beyond their tour of duty that make my stay a very enjoyable one.

Customer service were great and they put in effort to ensure that the customers' satisfaction were met. The facilities of the hotel were nothing other than good. If there were a area to be nitpick, it would be the hotel is a distance from the public transport. Not too far to walk, but if there were luggage, it would be different.

From check in to room service, cleaning service, concierge, restaurants and club house cafe, service was great. Our family enjoyed the stay and will definitely recommend Hyatt to our friends and relatives. Location is great and surrounded by convenience store, massage and shopping. We have had an enjoyable stay!

Recommended Hotel with perfect amenities and amazing staff. All is in perfect order and if not the staff is available to do it. Only issue faced and not being rectified was with the internet connection, was not stable but it is a minor issue.

This is my first time staying at Hyatt Regency Chongqing and everything is perfect. My booking was for a three-day stay, and I was greeted warmly and provided with efficient walk-through for the hotel amenity. All the staffs at the executive lounge were beyond helpful and welcoming. The concierge team also provided thorough service during my whole stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The proximity to Paradise Walk is a great plus to this Hyatt property. Overall, Hyatt Regency Chongqing did make me feel at home and I would definitely come back again in the future!

Very sweet service of reception and housekeeping, and easy check-in/check-out. Room is big and comfortable. Location is quite convenient to restaurant and sightseeing spots. Restaurants and bars are very near.

Had a great stay in Hyatt Regency. It really feels like a 5 star hotel. Everything was better than expected. Will stay there again. If you are visiting Chongqing this should be on your top choice list. It's close to the mall area, good to hang out.
