Overall, a great hotel in a convenient location. The breakfast was great, definitely the best I've had in Australia. Lots of food options and free barista coffee. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very attentive and friendly, particularly those running the breakfast. The pool was closed for renovation, but I'm sure it would match the standard of the rest of the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency Brisbane. The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of options to suit everyone in the family. The parking and drop-off/pick-up area was very easy to access, making our arrival and departure quick and stress-free. The location is excellent, right on the Queen Street Mall, with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and cafés just steps away. Our room was spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of three, with plenty of room to relax after a busy day exploring the city. Thank you to the Hyatt Regency Brisbane team for a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting Brisbane.

Overall great location and services, breakfast was wonderful. Currently there is construction going on next door with jackhammering and circular saws allowed until 2am. Some rooms not facing this were ok (as colleagues told me) but the rooms facing the construction do get noise. I was on the 13th floor and still could audibly hear noise both nights

The location is great; right in the centre of Brisbane. The room on the 17th floor was quiet and comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

Top tier hotel. Beautiful spacious room so clean and modern style , truly appreciated the nice sized bathroom aisle *chefskiss* located right in the Queens St Mall just a min escalator ride down into the mall , the Lennons buffet was just next level everything you needed and more , the dinner meals were absolutely delicious 😋 Overall we truly enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend, it definitely kept to its name “5 star hotel” Hyatt Regency Brisbane I’ll see you again in 2027

Great location. You walk out the door into the heart of the city. Easy walk to Suncorp Stadium. Lovely atmosphere with a great breakfast buffet.

Had a great time over the three nights we stayed there. Breakfast buffet was great (loved the barista coffee), service was great and location - amazing.

Great hotel, very good location, but really turned the whole experience upside down as we were under the impression there was a pool (looks amazing in the pictures) but turned out to be just concrete.

This hotel is right in the heart of the Brisbane CBD and incredibly convenient. My room was spotless and had everything I needed. Plus, the breakfast was exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend!

Overall a good hotel with good service but the breakfast was a bit disappointing. Hopefully the put something other than just European cold cut and baked beans.

Very unhappy with service. Check In desk was rude only professional and courteous workers were the parking assistants. Room service gave me food poising and I lost a whole week of work.

I am a fan of this hotel and use it for both business and personal trips. The rooms are great, the breakfast is lovely. However on this stay there were a catalogue of errors including, guest property lost/stolen (I had left a watch in my room from a previous stay, which was being held in the safe per Hyatt policy - upon check-in it seems the watch had disappeared, which was put down to previous management team no longer here). At check-in my bank account was charged the $100AUSD pre-auth three times instead of once. As I write this the 200$ is still sitting on my account as pending. At check out other meals were on my bill, whilst the front desk staff tried to remove these, I was still charged for them. In fairness once I phoned the erroneous charges were refunded, however something as simple as meals/bar bills being attributed to the correct room should be fundamental to running a hotel, shouldn't it?

The location of the hotel is very convenience to explore Brisbane city. ROMA train station is just 10 min walk. Our room was nice and clean. A problem is only the bed which is too soft for me. Hotel breakfast is better than our expectation.

I found the rooms to be clean, comfortable, The hotel is central to the CBD, walking distance to all areas. The Staff are great. There is Valet parking available. Our vehicle is a large one and it fitted.

My partner and I had a lovely weekend . The service was very friendly and the room was lovely and the breakfast was outstanding and the location was right on Queen Street and incredibly central.

Worst experience with Hyatt, Bed was so uncomfortable it sunk in the middle. One day we had no hot water for showers. The staff offered us a coffee as compensation (what a joke tbh), then the coffee machine wasn’t cleaned so we couldn’t get a coffee. One of the fans in the roof was making a banging sound the entire time we ate our buffet breakfast. And we got locked out of our room before check out. This was the worst Hyatt hotel experience I have ever had. (Last time was amazing). I believe we should have been properly compensated considering you pay so much for your stay. Will be very reluctant to use Hyatt in Brisbane city again.

My one-night stay at the Hyatt Regency Brisbane was for a visit to the RNA Exhibition, and the easy access to public transport from the hotel (both bus and train a short walk away) made going to the show convenient. The welcome at check-in was friendly and recognised my World of Hyatt membership. The design of the rooms makes good use of space and all service items were easy to operate. Pre-booking breakfast at the hotel restaurant also saved some money, and gave access to a wide range of items.
