Disposable Guest Amenities

As part of our ongoing commitment to reducing waste, our hotel provides a limited selection of disposable guest amenities. We kindly suggest packing necessary daily essentials in advance. Should you have any special requests or require additional amenities, please feel free to contact us after check-in.

Check-in & Checkout Policy

There are no fixed check-in and checkout times at Hyatt Regency Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport.

The hotel features a unique 24-hour accommodation service, so staying guests have the flexibility to check in at their convenience, at any time of day or night, and to check out within 24 hours of arrival.

If possible, we encourage our guests to inform us of their anticipated arrival time and flight details so that our team can better prepare for the stay.

Family Plan & Extra Bed Policy

One child, 12 years old or younger, enjoys a complimentary stay if sharing a bed with parents in the existing bed set up in the room. One rollaway bed per room is available upon request in advance with an extra charge. Also, a baby cot is available complimentary upon request in advance.

A room can accommodate up to 3 persons (2 adults with 1 child, 1 adult with 2 children, or 3 adults) per room. The third adult (12 years old or above) must book with an extra bed with a surcharge of THB 1530 per bed per night.

No Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited in all guestrooms. The designated smoking area is located outside the hotel building. A cleaning fee of THB 6,000 per room will be applied in case of violation of this non-smoking policy.

Pet Policy

The hotel does not allow pets, except for service animals.
